What is the best tool to promote telegram chat (http://t.me/how2ico) and bounty-campaign (http://ico-pass.com/WW_Bounty%20Program_2018.02.01_v0.2.pdf) do you know?

Signature campaigns here on Bitcointalk are a very popular way to promote your crypto-related projects. I think it is worth to give it a try...

Ofc Bitcointalk at first place then followed by escrow bounty servicing sites like Bancor, Bountyhive etc. Try to check `em out.

You can try some of the escrow platforms to boost your project's promotion. The one that I'm following now is bountyhive, which is managed by a well-known bounty manager ColorlessK. You can ask in their Telegram group : Bountyhive.io (https://t.me/bountyhive)

Firstly, all you have to do first is find out information about a running bounty project and usually this bounty info is in the bitcointalk.org forum. But you do not need to look for it, just go to the following link: Bounty Campaign Project Set

You will see some Bounty like the picture above, please select bounty project that still running that you want to follow.

pay attention to SMM (social media marketing) it is a great tool to advertise your project as well:

there are many more ways to advertise your project,with various efficiency and for different types of budgets,for example:
free tokens giveaways,purchasing views at paid-to-click bitcoin sites,even the so called black marketing
