It will bring worse to the market. I think total marketcap will be below 350. Sorry for all those HODL pretenders and sad for those innocent people who are HOLDING believing these pretenders. I am hoping for the good, I don't want you people to lose money but my inside sources says different. Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: zombies on February 05, 2018, 04:43:40 AM Will it be end of tether? Is it going to expose one of the biggest scams in crypto?
Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: MorrisonTon on February 05, 2018, 04:59:42 AM Good. Too many scams and dumb money in crypto. It's amazing to me how naive people are. "Durrrr, crypto will bring down banking. Drrrr, crypto will bring down governments." Some common sense, level-headed regulation is needed to keep the idiots who just want to blather on about lambos and moons in check.

Those idiots take advantage of those innocent people and make money. They pretend to HODL, while they sell. Ultimately the losers will be innocent people who keep on believing the hype of crypto. Forecast is such btc will be of null value in an year or two. Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: Goaide619 on February 05, 2018, 07:15:34 AM Interesting times ahead. SEC Hearing will certainly help those people who lose there money from fraudulent ICO. This will have impact to the cryptomarket for sure another blow to those doing HODL strategy. I just hope you guys know what are you doing in times of downtrend, It's not to late to do cut loss. Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: ruffles2016 on February 05, 2018, 07:27:52 AM It will do good for cryptomarkets in the long run. We can fill or wallets/bags with smart coins and make money over time as well. Btw tether can only bring price to 5000 from 8000. not more.
Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: Lucacrebbe on February 05, 2018, 07:33:04 AM There will be a big crash
Governaments and banks will never let the crypto steal money to them regulations will make the market crash of 90%, like it happened during the dot bubble I have cashed out (in considerable loss) half of my portfolio. Better be safe than sorry. At the moment I have in crypto only the money I really can afford to lose. I have lost VERY VERY MUCH selling at this point ( - 50% ) Better to have 50% than nothing. I am not fudding, but use logic: governaments will never let crypto unregulated Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: zombies on February 05, 2018, 07:37:16 AM There will be a big crash Governaments and banks will never let the crypto steal money to them Tax and regulation will make the market crash of 90%, like it happened during the dot bubble I have cashed out (in considerable loss) half of my portfolio. You have not understood that ''The Moon'' times, and ''Lambo'' times, have been possibly only because of the unregulated market How old are you? You have not seen the dot.com bubble... it was the same of what crypto and blockchain is for us. Simply we have reached the top of the bubble, that's it! It's not astrophisic, it's simple and plan. In a reulated market without Hype, forget the Moon and lambo times. Have you seen Stock market? Do you see a stock moon of 1000% in a week? Never. Those type of gains are possible only when we are in a bubble. The hype feed the bubble to grown, the smart ones get out at the right point leaving the later investor with their bag Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: zombies on February 05, 2018, 01:45:02 PM Good. The likes of Soros makes comments like the world needs a one world currency etc etc. Crypto is not here to hurt banks or governments. The only way a one world currency will ever exist is if the people make it happen, no way on this earth will countries/governments come together and just agree on one, also psychologically the impact of such a change would upset too many. A slow move in to one using new technology is how it will be done. You all think you're hurting banks, simple regulation + tax + killing anon coins = what power do we have over the current fiat model? not much, decentralized or not those who hold the most drive it, Blockchain is far better for banking and control as every coin has a complete transaction history, makes laundering almost impossible without anon if we all used this form and eliminated fiat. We also have the french finance minister praising Blockchain technology as revolutionary, the same guy driving the G20 push for soft regulation To compare the dotcom bubble to this is very different, vastly different imo. Sad that the fud has caused people to lose out, the regulations will turn a new page and from here up up we go Title: Re: SEC CFTC hearing Post by: jagdeepjd on February 06, 2018, 12:54:10 PM Interesting times ahead. I am hoping for the good, I don't want you people to lose money but my inside sources says different. yes, I somewhat agree with you. It's possible the market could keep sliding until it hits 2017 levels, thus "restarting" in a sense once new money enters. It's also possible the market as a whole will die and cryptos will just fall into obscurity(which is most unlikely to happen). We need to be careful here. Don't go buying until we know what the future is. The last thing you want is to invest thousands of dollars into something that becomes worthless. |
