Title: So does anyone really have any idea of where this market is going?
Post by: cryptofreak42o on February 05, 2018, 02:40:23 PM
I'm wanting to average in some more $, but wondering if we'll see the $107 LTC and/or $750 ETH again soon? What's your opinion? Is there a time frame we should see a bottom based on past history?

Noone really knows exactly what will happen in the future, cryptocurrencies is based on the peoples' demand, the supply of the token is in the market but the thing we need to have is the demand of the token in the public to make it rise again in price. so we don't know when the people will be as one and buy coins continuously.

Of course no one can answer your question because no one knows what might happen in the market tomorrow. I believe having the patience will give you good results and sometimes, results that much better than what you've expected. So the best thing to do now is forget the market and wait longer.

Bitcoin's end might be near,if bitcon's price would not recover as usual it will surely going to drop to $4k and that will be the doom's day of all the cryptocurrency coins,so lets hope investors will come in after the chinese new year.

No one can predict the future, or the world will be changed by their observation and different to the former result they got before. Predicting the market trend like gambling but we do not want to admit the truth.

I agreed with the above posts that no one is able to tell where is the price going. Perhaps, you may want to consider buying bits by bits to take advantage of the market situation now.

If the central banks and governments go and try to close or over-regulate exchanges, this will hurt the industry. However, it depends on how useful any particular cryptoccurency is. So might not survive. Still, people should be optimistic about the market development.

This is an unanswered question, but I think it is likely that prices will fall further.
This of course is my own opinion. As for history, I think we can not predict the market on the basis of past levels and days.

Wall street and institutions will stack up on crypto for a couple of weeks/months now. When they are done hoarding they will allow and promote the general public to invest in crypto with the click of a button.
That's when the real bubble will occur.

I will buy a lot of btc when the market starts turning. But I rather buy on strong confirmation than too soon since I believe the market will drop quite a lot more.

Nobody has an idea. Maybe next week all cryptos are worthless. Nobody cann tell yu, so you dont have to ask. If you believe in the Coins and projects you invest, then you dont have to worry. If you just invest to make some maney very fast and want to be rich as soon as possible, maybe its better when you sell all your stuff and get out of the cryptoscene.

I cannot tell you where the crypto market will go tomorrow, but I thought that it would be too soon if crypto lose all of its value now. I believe that the market will recover in near future.

The time you're waiting for has just arrived. Currently, the price of ETH is less than $750 and is a very good entry point before it goes back to $1000+. LTC, on the other hand is at $130 level but is also a good entry point. I think it will decline further but nothing is for certain in this situation.

There is no time frame in calling the top nor bottom because we are talking about cryptocurrency. They could increase or decrease anytime. Their history could be a guide but not at all times.

The price is set by the token owner and price changes no one knows exactly. Altcoin can not be as valuable as a conventional currency. In addition, there is no reference associated with altcoin.

The prices of cryptocurrency is currently going wild. The prices are now steadily going down and nobody know's why. We can still say that cryptocurrency is still unstable and still in the process of development. We can both see that last year was a fruitful year for Bitcoin because it's price has skyrocketed and reached new milestones for itself and as for Ethereum, it happened earlier this 2018 where Ethereum has reached a new high value for itself. There are also a lot of alternate coins that have had their value grew exponentially after a year of their implementation.

Nobody knows when we are going to bottom out and nobody knows if we are ever going to see All time high again. But in my opinion we are going to bottom out in 1 or 2 months and we will go to the all time high again and the most altcoins will follow.

The  cryptocurrencies market is going nowhere but its definitely heading towards an indefinite down trend which nobody can predict of. We cant really say whether it will rise again or not and if it does then when. Answers to these questions are just based on assumptions.
I would surely take these opportunities and buy as much as I could since these prices might never come back. Though the big investors are predicting that bitcoin will reach $5000 before the next big ride begins, I believe it wont so low and will recover the price soon.

I was looking for the answer to the same question, and basically many people say that after the Chinese New Year, the market should start restoring. So I wait when it happens.

Surely this will hit the ground,as the bitcoin's moving200 and moving exponential200 average will hit that will trigger most of the people in the market to do panic selling while they can, dooms day will occur if that happens,if few days bitcoin's price will still decline that confirms the faith of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies might come to its end,but lets hope i am wrong.

In the world of cryptocurrency, we cannot predict very well because it's so unpredictable. We may not know when it will crash or even pump, but all we have to do is to diversify our options such as increasing our assets, get a part-time gig (or keep your job if you have), and so on.

I don't know where will the market goes because just like the others, I am not the guy who can predict well. There's even one analyst who predicted that BTC will go up by $50k at the end of 2018.

Anyone can predict, but never be sure about that. We can't expect that it will pump high, or even dump even lower. It's unpredictable.

I'm afraid I can not answer your question. And the fact is that obviously no one can say anything about what's going on here. Because we do not participate in these games with big wallets, this involves people who have very, very many bitcoins. These are the stories

Of course no one can predict the future. I think that only holding coins in long long term can make us in profit. We need to believe in invested projects and coins and only then we don't have to worry. In my opinion, the market will recover in a few months!

If you are holding Ethereum I suggest you hold it and just buy on the deep if there will be another deep. For Litecoin I believe it will deep because the dev already sold all his holdings and I think it is an indication of letting it go.

Nobody knows where the market is going, we all just have ideas and opinions and then the market moves based on that. Nobody really knows though, it is a shit show out there imo.

The market right now is going towards the direction of the graveyard and probably continue for some good time. The down ride will be affecting the whole of the market. There might be people telling that this is probably the best chance to purchase but for those who have surplus amount and they can wait because one can't rely on assumption on the basis of past history and invest if they don't have money for survival.Investors who are small and have less money,my advice would be to wait for the new up and than cash in.

If you analyze the statistics of recent years, you can conclude that the growth in sales in the market will begin in late February. No one knows how fast this growth will be. Perhaps this will be a gradual increase in capitalization, and possibly a sharp increase with subsequent rate correlations. We will see.

This market is certainly heading towards all time low in past 2 years and sit will stay so for sometime.Depending on past history and trends is not always right.Predictions are just a guess on some powerful evidence but still it is a guess and it might can go against you.Right now the market is constantly fluctuating. It is probably the best time to invest and purchase as many coins as you can and HOLD.

one whale only knows where the market will go. We can only guess, I personally think that there will be a fall in the market, and the growth is likely to be from mid-February.

Yes, that's right you said that only whales know when they finish their games with a fall. By any rules the market can not only fall and fall, everything is lower and lower. It will meet the resistance of the market. Since there will be no more willing to sell. We all want to see green percentages of growth. But you need to wait for spring.

market saturation with too many altcoins combined with the normal beginning of year dip has caused most of this. if people stopped supporting sh1tcoins than the market would recover rather quickly.

Actually according to some expert of bitcoin, theres a prices will go off around in crypto currency,as what i read of some article about virtual currency and all coin will be affected, and continue to explode  in this month and this things will continue happen now  that bitcoins worth value will turn to $7000 or lowest below, followed by all altcoins will goes dump.i thinks those happen in some previous disaster of  banning will  continue to affected in world of cryptocurrency and we still recover those some investment  losses in a few previous months, thats why the market now is struggling, but i still believe that it will recover soon and the scenario will going back to normal.
