From everything I have read the coin does nothing and the company changes nothing for the coin. It could continue on after the ICO as if the coin didnt exist.

HI dev I have a question on this project. Currently the mobile money services are very popular in East Africa because they are very simple to use, even without a smartphone.
Your service will definitely require users to have smartphones, of which a very large portion of your target population does not have.
I feel this does not bode well for the project, it does not solve any real problem

Africa is a gigantic continent so its certainly an ambitious project.   I think Canada and most of Europe fit inside the land mass of Africa.  Its possibly a greatly neglected target audience because growth rates in Africa can be larger then anywhere else on earth

In spreadsheet it says 300,000 tokens for signature bounty.
