The average Adnetcoin block takes 2 minutes, 1/5 of Bitcoin's 10 minutes.  So if merchants wanted to be as safe as Bitcoin, they can wait for 5 times the number of Adnetcoin confirmations as compared to Bitcoin. But most merchants can readily accept 1-confirmed transactions for small amounts of adnetcoins.

don't know how or what you are mining but alls is good here. Mining with 1080. 4 6-card rigs made 40+ coins in one hour. Not matured yet though!

Well i think that GPU mining is more popular then CPU mining, peoples are trusting it most but it require some good internet connectivity and electricity as well so GPU can mine some good coins for us. I think that the algo is good if we use gtx 1070 card for mining it will be great for us.

Dev, I think the network split, our pools say different network difficulty and we have gotten every block in a row, this is probably the cause for the wallet issues, because I have 40 nodes connected and have mined lots of blocks already. Is this solution to add your pool’s node and see which is the longest chain? If so, could you post some addnodes please. My miners might lose lots of payments  :(

For everyone missing coins, what happened is that the network split and I tried adding as many nodes as possible, but wasn’t able to connect to the same nodes that minergategpu. Causing the same blocks to be mined twice basically. We have both now added the nodes the dev gave and so now it shouldn’t happen since all the pools are connected to each other. Only problem is now payments aren’t sending so I have to send them manually until there is a solution.

When we upgraded the daemons from .3 to .4 we have started having a lot of problems ( along with some other pools that are trying to run this coin). I checked the commits, and don't see any changes other than the DNS seeds; I have been trying to get a hold of you; what is the best way to do so.

If I understand correctly a block is coined every 2 minutes with a reward of 100 ADNET each, a total of 3000 ADNET are coined per hour.

Network hashing power has been around 30 Ksol for at least the last couple of hours. As an experiment I put 6 Ksol hashing power for 2 hours and obtained only 300 ADNET in rewards. If my math is correct, I should have obtained around 1200 ADNET. I got the number by this math:
2 hours x 3000 ADNET/hour = 6000 ADNET x 20% of network hashing power = 1200 ADNET

I tried both active pools (https://newcoinpools.com/ and https://minergategpu.org/) and both were performing more or less the same.

What is wrong with this network?

I'm no expert, but I'm seeing some weird transactions on the explorer. Compare these two, for example:

They both come from the same address, which is the minergategpu pool. The destination addresses of the second transaction correspond to the miners on the pool, including my own. But where are the coins from the first (larger) transaction going? 15 minutes later an almost identical transaction appears on the explorer, another 400 coins. And another one, 6 minutes after that. That's 1200 coins in 25 minutes sent from the minergategpu pool address, not sent to the miners?

The number of coins I am getting doesn't compute - at one point I was providing about 1/3 the (reported) network hash. At 100 coins every 2 minutes I would expect around 1000 coins per hour, but I'm getting nowhere near that. Is there another (hidden) pool we don't know about that is mining to the same address as the minergategpu pool? The explorer doesn't let you view addresses, and the pools don't show what blocks have been mined, so it's hard to see where the coins are going. I'm concerned about the lack of transparency between the pools and the explorer. Can I trust a pool that doesn't show which blocks are being mined there?

They are all volatile coins, you just need to find one that is less volatile. That's quite difficult since all coins are affected by these dips. Investing long term is possibly the best way to go, don't panic sell when you see coinmarketcap go red. Thats the best time to invest and then hold.

 Before investment one should be careful enough in order to avoid fraudulent scam companies who may steal the money and run away from the market.
