I asked for a ETH Withdrawal on 03/Jan/2018 16:56. In my Transactions history, the status says Paid: https://i.imgur.com/mnxgram.png But the transaction never apeared: https://etherscan.io/address/0xfd7bc0b0c6c4b8eb8bf2216b87ad25217ff467ad I opened a support ticket on January 09, 2018 22:14. Last 17/01 I made a withdrawal of funds(1150.90706 EUR) to my Mastercard, but I don't have anything yet. I'm very worried. What happend? I sent a lot of emails but Exmo doesn't answer me.
