Hello, what is the ico price and is their any bounty plain along with the project. What are your other plains to make the token better.

Unfortunately, it seems they're noobs when it comes to doing things on crypto side of things. I only hope they did
better promotion on music side. I only noticed this project because I'm involved on Expanse and Tokenlab

Otherwise I'd maybe be doing bounty for them and not Gimmer :D

Total supply is 500mm tokens and no it is not mineable. The way to earn tokens will be to take certain actions within the application.

The app itself will be FREE to listen to music. If you are an artist and want to promote your song on the system you will need DPD tokens. A % of the DPD tokens paid will be shared with the other users on the system who are "re dropping" the songs to their followers. Think of it like twitter for music, all running on DPD tokens.

All copyrights are being respected. Artists can only drop their own original music, and even for that they will be able to license their song before they drop, we are talking with major music licensing body about this technical piece. All other music on the system is already licensed by the stream owners, we are not the stream owners.

There are lots of things to prepair on this project , first thing is that you guys have to educate users to learn what is decentralized music app . Lots of work to do .

Yes, we have a very strong marketing plan, it is summarized as a high level overview in our whitepaper, some of what we will be doing is covered under a pending patent, so the secret sauce is not going to be disclosed, but let me just say that the huge players are missing what we will be bringing to the industry and they will not be able to or willing to adopt crypto for some time.

Yeah I think you’re thinking right . But the most important things is that they have to do the long term and strong marketing plan to promote Dropd to the world . I think it possible but takes much time .

The music industry has tramped for years with setting a lot of rules which only cost higher on consumption while generating little value to help musicians create more and better. Although smart phone boosted the portability and accessibility of content(like social media), it didn't unleash music very much due to those "wall".  Musicians should be able to control their license and listener should be able to pay for usages(one song, or a playlist, not a pricey subscription fee. Once this freedom achieved, people won't spend more time to searching pirated content any more, they spend little effort(a coin) to get a song, much less costly.

I would understand if Britney Spears or Madonna suddenly appeared on Dropd and everyone had doubts, but this Amaray is an up and coming musician and needs to get out there with all possible ways. She didn't join MC to make money, she most likely joined for all the publicity instead.

The tokens in our model serve a few purposes - To allow users in any Country to transact, to use as an incentive for taking actions within the system (redropping songs to followers), to compensate artists and power users, etc. As far as protecting a song, we are looking at implementing a more traditional method for that, such as - a technical piece that allows a user to license their song thru one of the global music licensing bodies inside our system at the time of dropping a song. This will give the artist an industry accepted protection. Our use of crypto will be very beneficial in all the other areas I mentioned here.
