If the current state is good to start investing again? or is it better withstand coin purchased until the prices go up again? How is the strategy that you apply to the condition of a coin like this?

It can go down to BTC 4k easily. What we should do? Buy low, sell high. If you want less risk, you can wait till the reversal and start buying then. It's up to you and your needs. This is general behaviour of crypto traders. They always try to wait for better price. If you feel like you already got it on your fav altcoin, you can safely buy. If you don't you need to just wait.
