Price is showing a positive spike!

I really hope so, it's been a very bad last few weeks :(

It is expected. Bitcoin will come in the previous condition. However, time is needed.

That is what I am hoping for but I know it need so much time to make the bitcoin value high again, we just need to wait when it will happen.

It moves up and down all the time, I just pay attention to daily candles, I found meaningless to check movements in a lower scale. IMHO

next resistance is $7k , if it's break i think it will bounce to 10k.
But if it break support on 5k, it will be disaster... bubble burst.. we hope it won't happened and it will recover soon

It can repeat what happens on Feb 2-Feb 4, I guess, the volume is still low(?).
Well, this is just a prediction, time knows better. I certainly hope BTC bullish run started again so that alts will also go up.

So far there is not much positive in the price bitcoin, the beginning of 2018 is not the best for all cryptocurrencies. We will wait for improvements in the coming months.

Now maybe the time to pledge our full support to bitcoin by buying now especially when the price is continuously decreasing, in order for it to improve the demand that will help support the increase of the price value of bitcoin. Buy now, hold and sell when the price has increased again  to 10,000 USD marked.

Let's hope for the best.. All we need to do is to think positively. I know that bitcoin will recover in a few.

I think not, it's still too early. what happens today can not be guessed and predicted, the correction is too deep. I am still waiting for the right time to buy some bitcoin

it cant predict if bitcoin price is back to normal. as you can see this past few months bitcons status is not stable it moves up and down this month.Hoping that bitcoin show the comeback for the loss.We need patience and positive thinking at all.

you can not call this a "recovery" yet. this is more like a "correction" instead.

the same way that when price rises too sharp, it needs to drop and be corrected, price also needs to rise back up when it has dropped so sharp. the same panic buyers are now panic selling and making things "sharp".

Hope Bitcoin will again go to its top price value but time factor is the important as this time it will take time (not long period but some weeks) to re position to its previous top value. so lets pray and hope for the best.

too soon to know, if you are following the price on a chart , zoom out, set time frame  to days, and only check few times a day.

I think it's just a temporary bounce, and the price will not exceed $7,000.
After a brief bounce, it could continue to fall, and I've just sold all of the bitcoins.
It will return to normal, above $7, 000 and then continue to rise, but I don't regret my decision.

these are good signs but we can not say about a recover or a trend change until we see 9k usd again. Trend is still bearish and it can drop again any time. i am waiting to buy around when it reaches 9k usd.

Yes I noticed it. The price is keep moving on high. Good to see. Actually at the start of a new year its a common things to happen. So we need to keep patience as we did in the past.

I don't see any thing strange about either the recent drop in bitcoin or the rise in price, in as much as I wish for demands for bitcoin to always be higher then the supply because with that comes big rise in bitcoin price. But I still understand how volatile the bitcoin price is and no one can really predict what will happen next, but am happy to see the positive movement.

Price are going up again, but we need to be careful because I don't think the downwards trend is over. Looks like bitcoin is trying to find a new strong resistance mark at around 6500 - 7000$. I think everyone is hoping that bitcoin price will recover, but only time will tell.

I feel a little relieved to see that the price is having an improvement even for just a while. I know it’s too soon to tell that it is starting to rise against this past weeks dips. But knowing that the price is having a little progress, it give us another reason to hold much longer. And still we have to be ready for the possibility of dumping again. I expect to rise steadily. There are a lot of people selling panic.

Its like a gambling now red or black in casino. Who the fuck knows..... it looks like it can bounce and 6000 usd was the bottom. But i am not going to risk my fiat money during all this fud on the market and upcoming regulations. I keep just 2 BTC on the market for daily trading on alts and i dont care about bitcoin. This is just too risky let be honest. Plus Bitcoin has still bigfees and slow transactions so what is so great about bitcoin to bounce back for new ATH? I dont think so....

When I checked bitcoin's price it was at $7000, and when I checked it again, it was down to $6000. Bitcoin is not yet recovering now. Maybe it will start to recover first week of March. Hopefully, whenever it drop, it will just stay between $6k - $7k and not lower than $5k.



I feel relieved too. But when I checked it again, I feel like I was too assuming that bitcoin will start to recover. It is still a positive sign that bitcoin will recover anytime soon as it shows a bit progress on its price. Let's wait for it to happen.

In another gloomy day for the crypto markets and it ranks of currencies with the biggest drop from its record high. Most cryptocurrencies are down at least 70 percent from their respective record highs. Luckyly bitcoin fall didnt likes other currency. Could be recovery or fallin deep again... we've just waiting market response in a couple week. hopefully positive news can make good things for built market believe again.

But that does not mean bitcoin can survive, bicoin will experience a decline again in the near time.

Don't think too postive. I think it's just a typical pricr spike. It'll just rise a little bit and then decline back down right. It will probably take a little more time for bitcoins to spike high. Just hodl and wait for the right time to sell. Buy bitcoins now and hodl for like 5 months.

Base on how we have in bitcoin's history or graph of its long run, we can visibly see how bitcoin tend to have a turbulent on its price. Its ups and downs increase and decrease could happen in a short period of time. So does to what we are seeing now, recovery. A month or even a weeks ago we have seen a change on its value which is fine and better before the year started.

I think it is safe to say that bitcoin is recovering when the price of bitocin go more than 10,000 USD because the price of bitcoin might be just a bull trap for the bulls or buyers so i think that bitcoin is still in the stage of confirming or creating a confirmation if that is a signal for recovery or not for its own market in the long run.

I have to disagree with you. Sometimes we don't need to look at the price, but how much is recovered already. It went yesterday from $7300 down to $6900, and then it bounce to the current price of $8200-$8300 and as per coinmarketcap, its about 23%. For me that's not a bull trap but a recovery in itself. We also need to understand that after the US Senate Hearing, the price just exploded, which means that the investors confidence are back, pouring cash into the ecosystem.


You just have to checked bitcoin's past history on recovery and you can really tell that we don't need to be afraid or worried. It will bounce back from this kind of situations and will likely hit another all-time-high.

Yup, as of now its been rise up again. Because of other country that they have ban the cryptocurrency and been affected to bitcoins because the loss of investor. After the senate hearing regarding bitcoin the price spike a little bit and it eventually go down. We have to understand that bitcoin prices are on a supply and demand basis. Speculation can either pull it up or down. But one thing is for certain bitcoin is here to stay regardless the price.

I think we just need to give some time for Bitcoin to recover. With so many people panicking about Bitcoin dropping, I would imagine there has been some negative publicity urging people to sell so the price keeps dropping. Just as when Bitcoin was rapidly on the upwards trend, publicity urges people to buy and invest, so it snowballs upward. Inevitably, I think that the publicity will slowly fade, and then Bitcoin will recover, potentially hitting another boom.

BTC at about $8000 has not recovered, but its descent has paused. While it bounced up again from $6000, it's still massively lower than it was a month ago. And, seemingly, it's shown no likelihood of breaking $9000, let alone $10,000, $15,000, or $20,000.

Bitcoin hasn't recovered yet. It is still in a phase where buyers and seller are about equal so it could go both ways in the next couple of days. I would sugest to wait for at least next monday the see what will happen.
If bitcoin closes around 8.2k+ this week we will see a "hammer" candle which is a bullish sign, so uptrend could continue. Until that we can't give a reliable forecast imo.

This would be great and surely it help the community to stay positive on crypto.  Not really a bad and discouraging dip of bitcoin because it still in good price knowing that we have started from $2. And still we've been lucky that it won't go more dip beyond $5k, do some members getting troubled but still more than a half are in crypto believers.

We have bitcoin trading close to 9k, this is good but we still do not know how much more bitcoin is going to recover since it has been only a few days, but I'm optimistic the price tends to correct too much so it could be possible we are going to see bitcoin trading in a range of 7k to 9k for some time, this is far away from the ATH but it is better than the prices we saw days ago and also it will give us the chance to buy some coins with a discount.

We are having a hard time piercing the $9K barrier as of the moment, I'm expecting by this time it should have been broken unfortunately, its not the case. That's absolitely true. The cryptomarket at this moment is showing green marks which means the market is now rexovering from the crash lately. Most of the coins' market price is starting to go up which is something to look forward with on the next days and months to come. Well, Bitcoin has stayed afloat for a while. Not sure what happens from here, but it was stuck at 7000-8000 for a while, and is now at 8000-9000.  We shall see.

My observation for this week, bitcoin hits nearly $9,000 again but it wasn't able to pass on that price. And this sign is a good one for those who have been through many depressed weeks. As long as it's not falling down again to $7,000 - $6,000 this is still a good indication that bitcoin is healthy. Let's all wait out on what will happen after the Chinese New Year, if there's a big pump after that event then bitcoin will breaking the walls of $10k and up.

Hopefully, this is the scenario that ends up playing out. It is just funny nonetheless; that we assume a lot and that is what ends up causing panic and FUD in the market. We all want a recovery, we should let it come, let's be sure we have it and let's see how the market reverses from that point. Good to see that market are recently change and turn into green. But I'm sure those people that are selling their coins in cheap price they might got started to blame their self. Looking this event, it looks like  FUD's are getting over and I've noticed that bitcoin/cryptocurrency foundation are getting stronger that can't be easily to make it down. It has now turned into green and this is why I'm so happy to see the charts this morning. It's sure great to see BTC cracking that $10,000 mark again. I think the slow and steady gains we've seen since the flash crash are much more sustainable and likely to remain for a longer time.

No one was happy when that happened but it is understandable it was impossible the market could sustain the price for much longer do not forget the price tends to do that, 20k for each bitcoin was too much but 6k was too little that is why we are slowly seeing a correction of that and now we are above 10k I think a more fair price for bitcoin will be something like 11k or 12k.

Even some people here and experts said that 20k price for bitcoin is still undervalued, if the adoption reached hundred millions of people while the total supply remains the same, 20k seems just too cheap for the whole world.

I think value bitcoin now isn't recovering but it is amazing. I hold 2btc since 2015 (and of course you can know when that bitcoin price still very cheap). The value bitcoin from year to year shows a good upward movement. And this is why continues to hold bitcoin i have.

Except for those who do not have any idea about what they are holding, then they will surely have a problem and they would rather keep seeing everything as negative. Positivity surrounds bitcoin and even though everything sometimes may look like the end is somewhere around the corner, it is purposely done by the big boys to generate FUD and make profit off some people who panic easily in the market. Always been positive with bitcoin and will never stop.

Patience is one thing that always ends up paying at the end of it all. Sure, a lot of people who are smart traders know how to benefit from these swings in the market, but one good thing is that, even if you do not have any trading skills, and all you have is some patience, then the market will always work out in your favor knowing that even after dips like this, you will end up having a good profit eventually for your patience is good enough.

If we compared to the last price last week which is $7000 and today the price up at least 40 percent so the price now is 10,000 dollars plus.  I hope it will recover more so we can get more profit and back again at $20k.  So you can buy bitcoin now and for sure you will gaib more profit. The price went below 10k again not by much but it did, this means the price does not have as strong of support as we thought but it does not matter the price is going to hold close to that range for sometime and then it will begin to increase once again when people start to see the improvements on the network done by the developers, it will be a slow process but I think it will happen before the end of this year.

I expect that to be soon once the head and shoulder formation that I feel we are trying to form is complete. So far, I still feel that bitcoin is trying to test the $9500 spot before we go back testing the upper downtrend line again and that sort of a comeback should be with some full force and then breaking it should take us straight to the $13k region where we have some strong resistance and then $15k afterwards. we have already hit that wall on the 20th of February and we are going back down now to test some of our previous support and that would serve a great deal having to bounce back from that support and going back to break those resistance ahead of us.
