I witnessed something like this in the day. but I think it will be pump or shock. the volume value is already low. Someone puts money in and out.

It's a scam coin with very low Volume and easily manipulated. The rise in price is not organic what so ever. If you buy now you're sure to lose 90% in a matter of days.

I am very careful with coins like that. It is very likely that this coin is manipulated by pump and dump groups. This agressive rise is "pump" period. Soon it will start fall and that will be "dump" period. Price of coins with low volumes can be very easily manipulated as Solrider13 said.

The manipulators don't have to have very big amounts of money to manipulate with price of coins with low volume.

And manipulation works that group of manipulators suddenly buy large amounts of low voulme coins and that coins start to rise in price.

This attracts attention of unsuspecting newbies, and they start to buy coins too. When enough newbies are attracted to buy coins, manipulators start to sell coins as suddenly as they were buying.

And they sell that coins at much higher price then the price they were buying tem for.

At the end manipulators are full of btc, and newbies are stuck with low value coins:(

My advice is to be careful with coins that rise so aggressive in price.
Don't buy coins you don't know nothing about.

Inform yourself before you buy coins, have plan to buy coins, and buy coins you wanted when they drop in price.

Those coins which don't rise or fall with the market in crashes are mostly pump dump, scam coins. I would avoid investing in such coins even $5, better to invest in btc now.

The chart you posted says it all, just look at the volume, it was lacking, this is just a pump and dump, I pity those buying these coin because they will turn to bagholder for long period of time

$150K volume and over $1 billion in market cap? 3-4,000% gains? Obviously collusion by multiple individuals on a bad exchange. Or maybe one dude placing in a bunch of big orders and having his second account buy up

E coin is not affected lol, who holds e coin or who believes in e coin. This is just an one of the trash altcoins. It is nothing so it is not affected by anything.

It just gone up to 207$ . What the heck is e-coin :o 3 267,22% Gains !!! I'm so astounished right now . Is there an explanation or is it a price manipulation or something shady ? Who is invested in this one !

THis coin really surprises me. I do not know anything about it and it suddenly get in the top coins on the market cap. 2000% growing. What an extraordinary number that a coin can get. If it is a really good coin, hope that it will not drop soon

I think it was the first and the last pump in the life of this coin. The newcomers saw this strong growth against the backdrop of a falling market and probably bought E-COIN. But I feel sorry for these people because most of them will likely lose their money during the dump...

this coin has 0 volume, it's just being manipulated by a whale (is that you?  ;D ), why you spam it here like it's the new bitcoin? it's just a pump and dump coin as you can see from it's graph and it seems quite dead looking at the past volumes

This is a scam coin, and it can be easily boost its price with $50,000 and I doubt that dev team are trading around to make it boost and fool newbie investors. It will be cleared out very soon  ;D ;D ;D

Look at the volume of this coin, I think yesterday it was around 1.8 BTC or something around that. The owner probably owns like 95% of the total supply. It definitely looks like a scam coin and I advise everyone to not invest in this coin, everyone can create their own tokens and then pump it up artificially by buying your own coins, after that your coin will be in the top 100 of coinmarketcap.

Also I will never understand why people buy coins that are pumping you need to buy the coin before it pumps if the coin is already pumping then you are too late and you are going to be in better shape if you find other coin to buy than to buy these coins that are going to be dumped very soon.

It seems like mostly pump and dump coin within a day the coin reached to 2$. I think better don't invest in those coins because most people are creating a lot of hypes in the projects and leads to downfall after they make enough money, don't fall for this tricks.

A total volume of 350k traded today and all of a sudden this coin ends up at rank 58 on CMC.

That is somehow a flaw in the system as i reckon several people will get fooled by this P&D and buy in at this level.

Not sure about "fantastic" but the price appears way over inflated which is typical of a pump & dump and the official website is down which is another red flag

lol they did it again, the price of this coin just increased by around +1800% today. Now they are in the top 100 on coinmarketcap, it's a scam coin and they pump it up themselves but it's still very impressive to see the price go up so much.

If you got tricked and bought this coin a few days ago then right now it's the best time to sell I believe the price will go down a lot in the next few days. Nothing can go up like this without crashing.

Just a friendly reminder that the last time people only discussed the price movements of coins without actually looking at what they offer, the market crashed. I'd rather hear about the fundamentals of E-coin than its price movements.

I am sure that this is an artificial pump. A certain group of people decided to make money by influencing the price of the token by mass purchasing it. Soon the price will fall to the bottom, you will soon understand.
