and can provide VCCs which work with Amazon/Bing/G cloud.

I don't think any VCC works on AWS or Gcloud.

I have tried all most all the prepaid credit cards, and all of them gets declined.Either at the payment page or few hours after the registration.
There was one VCC which worked for almost 3 days, until I got a mail from google saying "Urgent: your billing account 011**-**361-***C has been suspended"

They suspended my project until I verify the details on the card.All the data that I had on that server wasn't accessible any more.
So, I won't suggest you to use VCC for cloud services.

There are working options, seen them, tried them. I'm looking specifically for Amazon not G or Bing.
Stated G cloud and Bing just in case.

If you know any working options - i'm willing to test it out.

We have PayGO here in norway (prepaid mastercards).
I know these work on Google Cloud, as I used mine there and it worked fine / used all my credit before I cancelled the account.

I can provide VCC which works with amazon AWS. not sure about Azure and Google Cloud.
AWS Authorization charge is $1. VCC cost $5.

I can reload up to $200 per VCC.

Hi there, darkie here! Most VCCs actually does not works with Google for sure! I'm not even aware of the Aws one if it works or not. Some VCC's does works and i don't know how  peoples makes it works....
