As for now they are preparing for their ICO. ICO Pass https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2854293.0 It's a KYC process based on Blockchain, no manual checks it's smart contracts job, a great way to do KYC for ICOS with less time to consumes and maybe money. Kindly delete if I am mistaken , I can't find as of now the project who will use Blockchain for voting. I guess many would disagree( The ones who are already in power).
