Title: Coinexchange.io - Withdrawal issues with TX ID just "2" Post by: varut on February 07, 2018, 12:47:28 AM I'm just doing regular trading on Coinexchange.io and try to transfer my fund to another exchange using DOGE and I ran into problem.
Their website withdrawal page shown as Completed but it never arrived and TX ID is just single digit "2" Last week I asked them in Twitter and they said I have to raised a ticket so I did. Now my ticket being processed for a week, no respond and in twitter a lot of peoples has same problem with me someone got TX ID of 1, 2 or 4. UPDATED : just got all my coins back :) Title: Re: Coinexchange.io - Withdrawal issues with TX ID just "2" Post by: bL4nkcode on February 07, 2018, 01:26:26 AM Try to search first your receiving address on doge explorer, if there's no transaction has been sent on that day then there's a serious problem from coinexchange side.
And the only thing you can do is wait until they respond since you're not the only one who encountered the problem. |
