Title: Community made coin
Post by: The outsider on February 07, 2018, 11:08:20 AM
Dear Community,

Over the past year I have spent a fair bit of time learning and making my own test coins. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge of blockchain technology and coding. Starting a long term project I could dedicate my time to creating, maintaining and updating seems like a great way of achieving that goal to me.

My project would be completely driven by a community voting system. Whatever the community want to see made I will try to the best of my ability to create. If there is an interest in this idea I will start the project.

Sincerely,
The Outsider

Would this be "community-driven" via blockchain voting or just voting to you?

What special features would this coin have?

Blockchain voting would be the most secure method of achieving this and is what I would like to have implemented. But I would like to have the entire coin decided vote. So the name, total supply, difficulty, rewards, algorithm and etc will all be suggested then voted on by community before anything is started.

As far as special features go they would need to be decided upon in the same way.
