Delta is a great mobile app for tracking your portfolio. An alternative is Blockfolio, but Delta is better IMO.

I use a mobile wallet like Coinomi to store a very small percentage of my coins. Allows me to easily send and receive payments on the go without having to access my cold storage.

And obviously some exchange apps such as Coinbase, Binance and KuCoin.

I'm using blockfolio to keep my portfolio on track and see on how much I'm gaining and losing from time to time.

An alternative is Blockfolio, but Delta is better IMO.
I haven't use Delta but if you think that its better than blockfolio, I might try using it soon but for now I'll stay using blockfolio before shifting to other folio apps.

Twitter.
Regarding news, fake or legit news twitter is one of my sources.

Open a twitter account and follow news websites, people with influence in crypto so you always be up to date with latest news. There are not many apps that are from news websites + some apps have some news agragated together but not all of them. This is where twitter comes handy. Another app is Reddit where I am subscibed to many crypto related subs.

To see my "portoflio worth" I use this BitRift, although many people prefer blockfolio I think. It doesn't really matter as long as it don't have ads and as long as it shows somewhat accurate prices as there are many simmilar apps like these 2 that I have mentioned.

If we talk about applications in general, then I have a lot of different applications, as well as many. But if we talk about trading, then I use TabTrader a very convenient program. This is not advertising, it's just a personal experience.

Currently I use tabtrader (mostly to check prices accross exchanges) and also slack, which is a messenger, but I like to mention because I mostly use it for crypto.

Most people use blockfolio too, but I'm not a fan.

If you have tokens of your wages in bounty or you can buy altcoins. You can download Blockfolio Apps, Delta App. In these applications you can track its price every seconds. And of course, it would not be difficult to look at the exchanger if altcoin is up or down. You also download Coinbase, Jaxx, for a wallet in bitcoins ..

Coinomi should have support for erc20 tokens as far as I know. They have added support for tokens long time ago plus you can add some other if they don't have token listed that you want. No need to use this imtoken app then and have multiple apps when you have 1 app that does the job.

Anyway don't hold everything on these light wallets as it is not safe to do so

You can use apps that will help you to gain profit. Social media apps like facebook, twitter will do. Telegram is also a big help for getting updates. These social media apps can help you if you joined bounty campaigns. Also some exhanges such as gate.io is more convenient than in pc websites. But sometimes it depends on the user if he is more comfortable using pc than smart phone. If you're convenient using smart phone, then some exchanges have their own app.

On a mobile phone, almost all users have social networks, where you can follow the news. There are other applications for the review of crypto-currencies and ICO projects, but I would like that there would be even more of them. I think this is real in the near future, and one of these projects is Giftcoin.

I use Blockfolio for observing the prices of my coin. Also, I use color notes to organize my works and deadlines in a systematize way so that I will be always prepared. For the storing of my money, I use coinsph because that is available in our country and I am sure that you have your own country based app for crypto too.

I am using blockfolio app to monitor the price of the bitcoin if it is already increased. Blockfolio also supports other types of cryptos, not just the bitcoin that is why it is very useful for me and it notifies me when the price of my token goes up.

I have plenty of phone apps that I used in cryptocurrency. First is coins.ph, an online wallet where you can instantly convert your bitcoin to fiat (Philippine Peso) or vice versa and initiate a withdraw anytime you want. Coinomi as extra wallet for other coins. Bytecoin wallet by freewallet.org. Electroneum wallet because I am waiting for their mobile mining. Binance so that I can check the value of the coins every minute/hour/day. Telegram for my telegram campaign and many more.

Yes Blockfolio is quite good but not perfect yet. If you set an alarm at some price, it usually appears several minutes after it actually triggered. In this case TabTrader works much better. So it would be nice to combine the capabilities of both applications in one.
And regarding other apps, I use Binance and Kucoin apps for trading. I think every good exchange should have it's own application.

I just use Bitcoin checker to check the prices in Bitcoin and other alts.
I don't consider myself a trader but I buy at low prices. Not by using my phone but on my PC. I don't use other apps, for safety reasons.
I use my phone in open WiFi's all the time and in many different places.
I've read a lot on this Forum and I know that a hacker could steal quite easy passwords and private keys during a transaction.
I don't want to be the next victim.

Same with me, my main portfolio is on Blockfolio Apps. But recently, Blockfolio seems a little bit laggy. I installed different apps for my alternative, its called Delta Bitcoin. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.getdelta.android&hl=in)

For tracking your portofolio? i use delta right now because it seems like the best app on android to track crypto asset. It's better than blockfolio because it support more exchange and coins and it's very easy to use. It is also very responsive and there's a lot of option to choose from.

1.Bitcoin Checker is one of the most popular cryptocurrency apps. This rock solid app is a go-to for many people who use cryptocurrency. It shows you the up-to-date prices on most cryptocurrencies all around the world. It features a simplistic UI, but the simplicity works in the app's favor due to the amount of information it shows. Whether it is Bitcoins, Doge coins, or something more obscure, this app will probably have information on it. It's also totally free to use.
2. Bitcoin Price IQ is quickly becoming one of the go-to cryptocurrency apps. Its main function shows you the current exchange rate for Bitcoin. It also supports 165 other currencies worldwide. That way you can see how much yours is worth in whatever locale you happened to be in. The app also offers historical charts, high/low alerts, and even other types of currency. Even the design is nice with this one. This is a good one for minute-to-minute changes. However, the alert system doesn't work for all currencies.
3. Bitcoin Ticker Widget is a quick and easy solution for people who want to know the current exchange rates of various cryptocurrencies straight from their home screen. The app supports dozens of currencies and the widgets are made in such a way that they should fit on most themes. The app that accompanies the widget is fairly useful and simple to understand. You can also set multiple widgets for multiple currencies if there is more than than one that you follow. It's a good way to keep up to date if you're a fan of widgets.
4. Blockfolio is a financial app aimed at cryptocurrency users. You'll be able to glance quickly at your cryptocurrency investments. You can also have it send you notifications when prices reach a specified threshold. It tracks over 800 currencies right now and you can get details about each one. There is also a news section if you're interested in keeping up with what's new in the industry. It's completely free which makes it worth a shot if you take this kind of stuff seriously.

There are many applications on smartphones that is now connected to blockchain technology and can give us information about the tokens and alternate coins that we may have. There are also applications that lets you watch or observe the prices fluctuate in their respective graphs. I am only using wallet applications because it is safer to keep on smartphones that is far from being hacked.

Android user here so my selection is for this platform only.
Bitcoin Price IQ (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.handyapps.bitcoinpriceiq) - current exchange rate for Bitcoin also 165 other currencies
Bitcoin Ticker Widget (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=st.brothas.mtgoxwidget) - ticker for various coins but it was driving me mad so I stopped using it.
Coinomi - pretty obvious, everyday wallet mostly for altcoins.
Airbitz (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.airbitz) - used to be my main bitcoin wallet, good and fast but I switched eventually. Some say its the best wallet for ios.

I think the best application for cryptocurrencies is google chrome or safari since you can do a lot of research with google. I also use social media app like twitter and facebook for the lastest news and FUD about the crypto. I also use Tabtrading instead of coinmarketcap website if I dont have time. Blockfolio is also very good for tracking your crypto investment if you invest in more than one cryptocurrencies.

Yes to check coins price coinmarketcap site is best. we have app for this but it is just waste of space on our mobile. just browse and check the prices of your coins. after checking in this site if I want to do any trade will check the price on my trading site how much difference is there everything ok will do a trade that's it. I don't like to download more apps on my mobile.

In honesty there if you really want to invest in any crypto currency you should do it as soon at possible because you will never know when will the coins or tokens that you have will spike its price, remember crypto currency is very volatile. Also investing on any crypto will take time for you to profit if you do not have the patience for that then might as well do not invest on anything

I use Blockfolio to save mobile data since browsing chrome and open coinmarketcap could drain more mobile data rather than downloading the app then use it without browsing chrome. Another is my local wallet which is coins.ph for exchangine bitcoin to our local currency which is philippine peso. Then lastly is the coinbase for a real bitcoin storage since it has a great reputation and because of it, it caught my interest to download the app.

Lots of blockfolio app users here.

Just recently I refrain from using Blockfolio app now in terms of showing my "overall balance" whether for Bitcoin or any currencies. It will just gave you an expectation without realizing the fact that only "this" is the actual balance you have.

Just using that app now in terms of price monitoring but will not include my hold funds for better view on the coins.

There are some Apps that using API's so it's totally safe on using this developers' code to help you app to integrate different coins and coin markets in one apps but indeed, beware of using private keys even on phone or tablets browsers because private keys are the most critical important to access your wallets.
If there are some apps that will try to trick you and required your private keys then Uninstall them.

I think crypto application on mobile is very good, because we can continue to monitor the price in the market, the application I use only two that is blockfolio and coinstats, because usually if there is a new coin that entered in the market, has not entered the blockfolio but already in coinstats, and otherwise

I think coinbase has the best app design, very good for keeping eth, btc, ltc, bch.
Blockfolio - buggy, design from 2000.
Delta - design is good, but too complicated if you want just to keep in mind approximate value of what you have in fiats.

To keep track of my holdings, and their value, i use DELTA, but you could use Blockfolio as well! You may consider using a mobile wallet as well. I've seen Jaxx is well spread and well known, but my suggestion is Eidoo Wallet. However feel free to use what you like the most, other than that i use social apps to be updated in crypto world daily.

Everyone wants to monitor and track their estimated crypto asset value so I use only Delta ad Blockfolio.
I am using both because each one isn't listing some altcoins that I am holding so better use both of them and try to compare my estimated crypto asset worth.

I think if you just wanted to check the condition of the market, coinmarket app is a good app and that is the only app I ahve in my phone that is crypto related, it really helps me in checking the condition of the coins that are my favorite in the market, I am checking what is the place of the coins in the market, whether it is on the green zone or on the red zone. I think you don't need more apps just for you to be updated you can research and research some things, but if you are asking for an application on mobile phones, what I will advice you to have is coinmarket app and for me that is enough.

If you want to track your holding value then delta is a very good app which give you alert on every dip or rise of all altcoins of your portfolio and it is updating regularly. Blockfolio is also useful but sometimes it not gives timely update. There are many apps available and you can choose as per your wish.

For portfolio monitoring, I advise you to use the blockfolio, as this is a stand-alone application that does not require access to exchanges, which creates a security guarantor. I think many have already described the benefits of this application, so I will not repeat. For additional services, I would define such applications as: telegram, twitter and blockchain. This is the minimum set, which is enough for a timely response in the market of cryptocurrencies. Plus I can advise using @ ETHtokenExplorer_vot in the telegram application. It allows you to monitor the status of the MEW account without connecting to the wallet itself. In general, before using the application, I advise you to refer to official sources and check for veracity. There are a lot of fake applications that steal user data.

Its not really necessary for you to access exchanges to check out prices since blockfolio would really do the job already. This is what I'm using up to these days when checking out prices. You can easily switch and identify prices on where those tokens listed and price differences among them. Its always automated when you do make use of blockfolio. Add up on recent news or updates would be on telegram. This is only the apps ive been using since and being about those hacks then you should be aware on that.

Expanding your apps would depend on what you want and probably aiming to get at the long run. First there are many exchanges now and also, many of them have their mobile applications in order to make trading easy for traders, examples of some of such exchanges are Binance, Kucoin, Huobi and so forth.
Secondly, in terms of mobile wallet applications, the likes of Imtoken, Trust wallet and Coinomi are good to use, but if I am to select then Trust wallet would be the better choice.
Thirdly, for tracking of coin prices, Blockfolio is also good, but however most mobile wallet applications like Trust wallet, makes it easy for your to track the prices of your assets, that is, once your asset is trading on exchanges, the price and worth will be shown on Trust wallet.
Lastly, if you want to be acquainted with what's happening in the crypto space, Twitter is your friend and if you want to be part of many projects groups, then Telegram and Discord are also the best.

I don't have many apps that I use on my smartphone. I have a PC on which several terabytes of completely different programs are installed-starting with messengers and ending with steam. On a smartphone, I mostly use Telegram, chrome, and built-in apps by phone type, as well as sms messages. If I'm not mistaken, I still have Facebook, but I haven't visited it in a very long time. I also have a small application for earning money, which I use when I have free time. I accidentally found out about it when I visited the site yourmoneygeek.com (https://yourmoneygeek.com/game-apps-to-win-real-money/). I think my smartphone is the most boring device that exists in the world.
all of the apps that you listed are all not related in crypto but op is talking about apps that are related to crypto because he had a cmc app and i think he want more apps related to cmc but i understand why some comments here are a bit off because the op didnt clear it on his title
