hello is there any exchange or any site available to buy crypto, accepting master visa card payment..? ??? ???

I suggest that in order to buy other cryptos, buy bitcoin first on sites that accepts master visa card as payment for buying btc. One of the best site I know to do this is coinbase. IMO they are one of the most user friendly site out there that helps users buy bitcoin using visa card payment. You can also try changelly if you want to buy ethereum directly and then just convert it into other cryptos. Use the method that you think is more convenient for you.

You can use localbitcoins. There you can buy bitcoin from other people and even organize a real life meeting if you'll find some seller from your hood

I think Coinbase had pull out the credit card from the option because banks are blocking exchange via credit card in buying Cryptocurrencies, so Credit card is not an option for Coinbase, But I don't know when it will last

And speaking of Exchange there are many exchange sites that you can try well if there is no credit card you got to find other options to exchange your fiat with Cryptocurrency if there are Ecash machines that lets you buy bitcoin, But I think it is up to what country you are because it is not available in certain country.

Now a lot of exchangers have appeared with different rates and the speed of transactions. For me, the most convenient are Bitrex and Binance. These are the best of those that I know

You may want to try coinbase for using credit card to buy BTC, ETH and LTC. If you want to buy other altcoin, try the major crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bittrex or KuCoin. But you have to use BTC to buy the altcoins.

It requires a trading website to use legal tender to buy.
However, these sites cannot be purchased using legal tender.

I believe there are trading companies that accepts visa card as payment to exchange for cyrpto currencies. Some of them are Coinbase, CoinMama and Bitpanda. These trading companies accepts visa card. And I believe there are more trading companies that accepts cards as payment not only visa even an ordinary debit card will do.
