A nice car to people see you and treat you differently

A house in the nature makes me happy. To have it I need money. Because the house must be in a big farm near lake full with organic foods and inside forest. I will be satisfied while I spend my time with my close friends in this house. I know that I don't need money for real friends. Just for a house. :)

Whoever said money can't buy happiness isn't spending it right. Money can indeed buy me happiness, it is what i do with it. If you want to know how to use money you have to become happier, you need to understand just what it is that brings you happiness in the first place. For me, I'll spend my hard earned cash taking my family to a vacation or dinner with them. I'll buy foods and gifts for the less  fortunate, every time i gave them something, there big smiles and grateful heart can really increase my happiness. Spending money on experiences and not stuff can make me happy.

I think not all happiness can be bought with money. but with the money, we can be happy like a vacation with family, buy gold, ring or car for husband/wife. keep in mind that the happiness of the material is only temporary. but true happiness is only in our hearts, not money.

That depends on what makes you happy. If god food makes you happy, then you can purchase the same with money. If you become happy if you get alcohol, then also you can purchase the same with money. And I guess you will be very happy, if you remain in good health. If you have enough money for medical treatment, then you will remain in good health.

Set goals for yourself. That will make you happy while you work. I'm really in that state. Every morning I wake up and I know what to do for the day. That will make your spirit better because you know what you have to do and become someone in the future.  ;D

I really think money could buy you happiness. I mean to define happiness is that feeling of elation from an outside stimuli. With that in mind, you could buy things that make you feel happy, get women to sleep with you or just down right hire a hooker if you're into that sort of thing. But real joy comes from with in. It comes from a place where you could still feel elevated and or comforted even if everything around you crumbles. Some find it in meditation others in religion. Bottom line is you can buy happiness but true joy is priceless

My guess would be it allows you to buy the physical stuff that can help make you happy such as a house, car, clothes, nice things etc.

Also, i imagine it indirectly buys happiness by allowing you to position yourself in society. So for example it allows you to choose your location like by a beach or close to a lively part of the city. If you don't have to work you now have 1/3 of your life back to improve yourself: life coach, hobbies, sports, partying, ladies, hanging out with friends, relationships, vacations, spontaneous activities, trying new things, exploring, traveling, martial arts, fencing, what ever takes your fancy..

Travelling around the world with a bunch of hot girls is one of the ways of which money can buy me happiness. The other way for happiness thanks to money is having luxrious cars and houses. These kind of stuff makes me happy for sure.

Money can't buy happiness but can ensure all the prerequisits for it. I don't need excessive money for building castles and so on. I just need enough money to be free to travel, eat healthy food, have a possibility to go anywhere and whenever I want, to develop in my hobby (which sometimes can be expensive), to choose everything of high quality for my life and life of my family. Happiness is subjective, if you are a type of people who can be happy with personal belongings, money, properties, title, and a lot more, money can buy you happiness. Pfft, easy! It depends on people, but for me personally, if I'm sad i play video games. If I'm sad still, i buy clothes and stuff. If that didn't do it, i enroll my self to yhe gym and work out or walk in yhe treadmill. If that still doesn't do it, i get my love ones and go out of town to the beach or a hike. Really there are alot of things to but to make you happy. But fact is, that happiness won't last. Tou just have to find something deep and meaningful to really achieve it

i think its depends in the characteristic of a person because if the only way to make you happy are only things or just material in the simple words is  you are only materialistic, you can buy a happiness r the things that make you happy...

Money can be a means to make one happy...  spend time with your loved ones through traveling.. treat him in the most meaningful and luxurious way you can and give him or her a gift that he/she really wants most, if you have the money and the opportunity everything would be possible... if you mean more to him/her money is not the issue because you will do everything for the one you love.

You may treat this as a joke, but it's not! Why are you on this forum? To learn about bitcoin and probably make some income while trading or mining, right? So imagine you realize that BTC is a long-term investment option, if you invest now, in future 2-3 years you may possibly increase your income (significantly)! So you invest in BTC and 2-3 years you become very rich.

Is that not happiness? Is that not an initiative that you took (by entering the cryptocurrency market), researched, understood, made predictions and became a successful investor? To me, an initiative that I take which turns out being effective is a big happiness. To make it work, you also need to invest money there.

Money can buy you happiness in many terms. I have few answer for you. I am pointing them down:

(1) If you help a poor person with money, you surely will feel good. And you will surely be a little bit happier than before.

(2) If you are feeling depressed, you can go to chill out with a buddy, you can go out to a party club, have some fun, or even thou you can go to a movie. All these medium needs money to perform. So money can surely live your mode up.

(3) If you are not feeling energetic, then you can buy a Ducati and ride this beast in a free high way. I am 100% sure, You will feel like a monster. Your soul will be more confident.

(4) And at last but not least, if you have enough money, everyone surrounding you will treat you better. Because they know, if they will be in financial trouble, you are the person to knock first.

So, my friend, there are a lot of ways, money can buy you happiness.

In this world money is the most important thing a man can have. If a person has a lot of money , he/she can buy anything that he/she wants in their life. We all know that money can't buy everrything. However, there are still things that money can buy that would make us happy and satisfied. Those material things are temporary but could still bring us joy in many ways. In my case, having my dreamed gadget is really fulfilling for it came from the money that I've got from my hardwork.

Obviously , you are absolutely right. If you are rich, you do not need to spend your precious time to earn money. For that reason, money can bring happiness to everybody's life with the help of not wasting our precious time on some nonsense stuff like working for a company .

It depends on what you enjoy. For me, I like to travel so having money to go to new places would make me happy. And if seeing your loved ones happy makes you happy then you can use your money to buy resources that makes them happy.

Buy a bunch of flowers and decorate your room. It will give you happiness. Or buy much food by money and give that to orphanage that children's of there eat them. After that you will feel the peace that can no competent any such kind of happiness to other things.

Too many to elaborate. There are material things gadgets, fancy cars, a celebrity-like house, probably a model wife or girlfriend. Or it can allow you to travel the world, have different experiences, taste differenct cuisines, check all the boxes in your bucket list. Though there are of course a lot of things more important than gambling, it can make you happy in a whole lot of ways.

Eating my fave food makes me happy. Listening to songs I like make my mood positive. Watching funny shows give me a good laugh. All of those need money but not as much but it gives you a daily dose of happiness that you need.

Don't mix up joy for happiness, they two different things. Happiness is a temporary satisfaction you derived from something or someone while joy is an intrinsic element that last longer, probably not tie to anything. Now, back to the topic money can buy happiness when you use money to buy things that really give you pleasure or prestige such as an exotic cars, properties or other material things even drugs. But mind you money cannot buy joy.   

We always strive to have more money although we all know that there are things that money can't buy. Buying material things that we want and need in life, is what makes us satisfied. Through it, we feel fulfilled. It can give us pleasure for a short period of time. However, we must not rely our happiness in money.

IMHO, the only way money can buy you happiness is it gives you the freedom to *work* on something you love, like a passion.
Not many things we love to do also pay well.

Any other stuff, like cars & houses etc bring only temporary happiness. Not even that, it's just an euphoria for a while, then you'll feel exactly the same as you were before.
If you are super rich and can donate some of your wealth to noble causes, that can also bring happiness (it would at least to me).

Through material things that we get through the money we have, the feeling of fulfillment provides us happiness. However, that happiness isn't for long for that is only temporary and not permanent because as humans, we don't get contented for what we have and we're always aiming for more.

It's good when we have money ,it makes life easily and make's our wishes granted. When we have money it add values to our life from family, friends and relative.

Well, one of my greatest dreams that would make me absolutely happy is to travel. Yet, I am not able to do that because I don't have enough money. Which is why, there are times when I can say that money truly can buy happiness because things such as travelling is not free at all.

In reality money is what brings the happiness. Lots of people are saying that money can't bring happiness because you will have fake friends and fake lives or whatever, if you have friends before you get rich or hit the lotto would they then be considered as fake friends? I always wanted to have a car, live in a fully furnished bungalow with complete furniture and appliances and wont lose food stock, travel and provide everything for my family. Since, these dreams need money,  if i can achieve them, then i can say money bought my happiness. However, these are only temporary happiness.  Only you can tell if your are trully happy one way or the other, depwnding on what happiness means to you.

Material things is one of the example that can buy happiness, If I can buy all I want, I will buy my favorite cars and cellphone, and I will build my own dream house near the beach and top of the mountains and I will travel all over the world.

Everyone get happy, if they could buy the "material things". Could you point me to someone who doesn't get happy as a result? Everyone want the riches in their life. For the women, it can be designer clothes, handbags and jewelry. For the men it is going to be cars, electronics and booze.

It depends on what things can make you happy. If material things can make you happy, then money could help you. If you like travelling around the world, and you have money, then you can travel and be happy. If we have money, we can buy anything that could satisfy us, and if we are satisfied, then, we are happy inside out.

For me money can buy my happiness through giving all the needs of my family.Thats what happiness meant for me just giving all the needs of my family were they had a comfortable life.Its really great in the feelings when you can support all the things needed to your family.Yes indeed that money sometimes has a big role to buy happiness to each one of us because without money we cant survived.

Money certainly makes me happy and my family, the availability of money - the availability of opportunities, but I'll say this: it is necessary to pay attention to the amount of time that we spend on earning this money. After all, if we work 80 hours a week and earn enough money, we just do not have enough time to use the opportunities that give us this money. As I have said in my recent post, money can't buy happiness but money is the happiness of people these days. With a lot of technology that will take you away from the reality that you don't have any people that love you, I can say that money can but everything unless happiness since money itself is the happiness of an individual.

So if i am to share ways that money can indeed buy happiness, for me it is buying a ticket going to your favorite country or your dream island for a quick vacation. This will make most people happy. Eating the most expensive steak can also produce happiness and satisfaction... In the tummy.

This is very simple. Common people are not contented of what they already have. They need money to make life more happier. Expensive things make most people happy. Expensive house and expensive cars which you need more money to buy it. Travel? You need more money to do it. Friends? The more money the more friends you have. Life is about money.

Not everything can be bought by money and literally money can’t buy happiness but you can use your money to be trully happy. Happiness is not attained by loving ourselves alone, it may make us feel good for a while but still it will leave us empty in the inside. You can use your money to buy something that would make someone happy and i believe you will also share in the person’s happiness. True happines is in giving and sharing and not just loving ourselves.

While I don't believe in the general saying that money buys happiness, I know that it would buy mine. It works like this: if you're unhappy and think that money will give you everything in life, you'll be disappointed but if you already have everything, love, goals, hobbies, and all you need is money to be able to give more to people around you and make their lives easier, it can work. That's how I would use the money.

My opinion is that money can't buy us happiness. All the things that we can buy with money are temporary. And the real things that can make a person happy like true friends, being loved, having a family and etc can't be bought with money. I've seen people who had enough money just to buy themselves something to eat but they were still happy. On the contrary, rich people didn't have a goal in life because they already had everything that they wanted and were unhappy (P.S. I am not saying that all rich people are unhappy, but I am talking about some people that I know). So as you can see money isn't everything in life although without it you will be limited.

For me, money can help me travel to new places and experience different cultures and practices. These things make me happy.

Buying liquor and food and having a part with your friends and family is one way that money can buy happiness. The poor man is always hungry and thought but give a starving person food and you will see how happy he will be.

Realy depends on what makes you happy ? But money can buy it for sure... Lets say going to casinos gives me happiness, or go to dance clubs gives me happiness, then more money means more fun in life...

"Money is very powerful" it is because you can have whatever you wants or your needs. But it has something to do with contentment. If you are contented then you are not empty for sure you feel the happiness with in yourself. Money leads you to greediness. Use that to live in accordance to the law of God! If you do that then you live with eternal life!

Money cant buy happiness, but if cigarettes could buy you love in jail, and you had a lot of money to buy cigarettes, then couldn't money buy you love?

Money can gives us  everything it seems like money can buy everything even happiness, satisfaction, etc. Without money we cannot make things possible like traveling to other country, having fun with friends etc . If I have a lot of money I will buy a new car , new house, etc. It's like that how happy I am because I have a new one it is also like that because of money I can buy my happiness.

It is by making me spend it, to the things my family wants. We all know that we are working to earn money so we can support our love ones.

Am the type who wants to see others happy in life, it hurts me when people suffer because they can't make ends meet. My earnest pray has being that God should make me rich so that i can reach out to the poor. In doing that, I become happy because most of the people around me are happy due to the  fact that my money has brought happiness to them.

Money can actually buy happiness as long as you know how to worth those things you really want to buy or wherever you wanna go. But for me yes money can make us happy but sometimes money can actually do evil things and we cannot say that we cant do it to ourselves because we all know how to value and manage our own income, but how about other people who are beams of money.

Actually money can’t buy happiness but I guess if you use it in a good way you will be happy but not 100% happy because money is worse than evil and it causes a lot of war.

I would start with making my family comfortable and live in a decent home in a decent neighborhood

I can also quit my job and live a life of financial freedom not depended on a job to make my ends meet.

I would help out the poor and the people in need. Seeing these peoples suffering alleviate would make me happy.

How about helping struggling students who have back breaking loans?

If I had the money I would be of help to anybody whom I deemed can need a helping hand.

Seeing my fellow humans helped out would bring a smile to my face.

Everything that money can buy and can do to a people brings happiness and satisfaction to them. New clothes,  shoes,  gadgets,  house,  car etc. All of these can make people happy. The question is how long that happiness will last? Can it give eternal happiness? I dont think so. People has no contentment and satisfaction. They always ask for more and for better one. Sadly,  money cannot give true happiness. Unless you discover the real happiness behind money.

I agree that happiness is when you give and shares what you have. A selfless love. Nothing is permanent in this world that's why share your happiness to everyone.

An instant happiness probably can be bought by money. We feel satisfaction over something as we buy it but the happiness may not be a genuine one. I believe that a genuine happiness can't be held side by side with the money. Money can't buy anything. It cannot buy a true love. It cannot buy anything that is true. We should always see that a genuine happiness is a happiness from something you won't expect to gave you that. Just like with our love ones who can truly gave the genuine happiness we want to find.

Money itself doesn’t bring me happiness, but the things I bought/can buy with it.
I bought a house on the countryside, a car that i can use to travel, and my wife can afford to stay home and watch the children (she also wants this).

In my opinion, there are lots of ways money can buy happiness. Money means a lot to people but this is just an instrument that God gives us on how to manage and spend it. You feel the happiness in life if you are contented of what money could brings us.

The author of a happy and satisfying life is God you cant be happy if God do not allow it you cant have a satisfying life without God. Money make life beautiful, but God is the designer even with your money, you need God to be happy everything you are is God. you can only find satisfaction when you have God is your life. We are human the question is can we really be satisfied? 

Money can make us happy, but not all happiness can be replaced by money. With money we can buy what we want like home, car, motorcycle, gold, and others. If our desires are fulfilled, then we are happy. We can share the happiness to others such as wife / husband, children, parents, neighbors. I do not deny, that with the money, our life can be happy.

It can be happiness if money was used not just for self-satisfaction but for the other individual who will be so happy to receive it. For example if you used your money to buy gifts as presents.

Money can buy happiness but not most of the time. It can provide happiness but only for a short period of time. Who will not be happy if he/she have something that they have dreaming about. Material things can make us happy. Young people doesn't realize it yet but when you enter the adult life, MONEY is really needed. Two years ago, some friends decided to skip the annual trip, and so they could buy a super-expensive bed for this money. I thought it was a bad idea, because "monotonous mechanical work" kept saying that they would quickly get used to a new bed. But no. They still rave about their bed and are happy with its acquisition. Maybe your new TV would mean a lot to you, although I, for my part, will barely notice the difference.

In a material way, yes, money can buy happiness. Most of us want a material thing, especially when it's new or branded or maybe a very expensive one. Yes, it can make us happy, but there are also some things that cannot buy, but in my opinion, most of the time and every day of our lives money is all we need, so I think it is not wrong if we wanted to have a good financial income.

For me, i will be happy if i will have all my wants in life. Like having different luxury cars, have different house in different country and having new and latest gadgets and things. I think money is the bridge to happiness because with the money all material needs are met, when all needs are fulfilled a lot of time can be done to seek other happiness such as filial, helping others, giving love to others and have a long time to be happy with family. all depends on us that respond to how we can be grateful because basically, humans do not have a sense of satisfaction.

I purchased 5 dollar toy for my son -- and he was excited to see it and spent all day with the toy.

This the joy of son playing with it gave me tons of satisfaction and happiness that my kid is having fun.

It would allow me to help those that are in need. Being able to use it to benefit others would provide a lot of enjoyment. I thinking maybe starting some kind of nonprofit for a good cause or putting a lot of money and time to an existing one.

There are a lot of things you can buy to make you happy. For me, if you have a lot money, you have the time to travel which makes me happy. Car, you can buy it. The happiness of not Commuting to work is very convenient. Material things that makes us happy, like for me, gaming consoles, anime materials or many more. If we buy the things that we are dreaming of, happiness and satisfaction is there.

Some of the littlest things in the world can make a person really happy, Buying a rose or chocolate for someone can bring so much happiness that you sometimes can’t even imagine.

Many would say that money cannot buy happiness, not knowing that there is a way on how money could buy happiness. How? Well, let say for example, a metaphorical example actually: on how does the mother buy something for her child. Maybe some or probably most of the mothers do not have enough money to buy everything that their children wanted. But when they do, they would surely buy it without hesitation just for their children's happiness. And their child's happiness is their happiness also, but in a double and even in a triple effect. First just bc u buy everything your child wants doesnt make it happy. It will eventually get spoilt and will be a hug epain in the ass bc it will always demand more and more.

I will get my happiness by buying some jewelry for my mother who has always wanted jewelry, it has been very exciting for me. If there is no more sustenance I want to get married and want to have my own land, it makes me very happy, and hopefully things is quickly accomplished.

You might be right but we are talking about the person talking about it and that means it is the happiness of the parent to buy things to their children that wants it. If you are not a parent, you will not know what joy can bring to parents whenever they see their children happy. If you are talking about spoiling, I guess you do not know how to take care of them since if you really know how to take care of your children, you will give them anything that can make them happy without spoiling them. It might sound ironic but it can be done.

Well if you have money about 99-99% of your problems will be solved- Job, Education, Luxury, Family, Health, think of it, anything. Just that money cannot buy life at the death time.
