We just came back from Africa where we had meetings with Credit Foncier and a archbisschop who needs housing and a new community build with our concept. We are now making thecbuilding plans etc. They are now making the contracts where they give bank warranty for our investment. Their rule is that we need to invest first before payout. All details are available. We are now looking for investors for these projects. The housing projects wil be payed in blocks of 50 houses. That is an investment of around 4 million dollar. The church community of schools, hospitol, a church and some residants are placed at around 30 million dollar. Both are backed with gouverment/vatican based money waranty.
I am hoping that someone here knows or want to invest in such a project. Everything is pure and legid. Please send me a pm with your contact details if you want more information. Sorry for being such a grammar nazi but its "Hospital" and not "hospitol" and "government" not "gouverment" ;D The best one is this - "legit" not "legid" Also this section is meant for lending and you will get a loan for a "valid" collateral only and not your words like "All details are available." and "Everything is pure and legid." Without a collateral nobody will become an investor - you need to understand that you are risking their money as well so you need to provide some security to them form beforehand. Again I suggest you to lock this topic or else DefaultTrust is going to come at ya.
