You can't even write a decent proposal and expect people to just donate you some ETH, for what? Here's a good tip for you: work on your project and think about funding later, after you've got something tangible to show for it. Also, you can't expect people to invest if you don't put in some of your own funds. You have to pay from your pocket to cover development fees if you are really interested to make your project. I think people will start jumping once you have a concrete plan, a development team, a formal proposal such as whitepaper, and a working site.
