Those people bring in highest volume in Bitcoin and the price is decided based on demand, so the coins are overvalued on those exchanges, same as it will be different for any other exchange of other countries. Just like korean exchanges, indian exchanges are know to have a premium of atleast $1k-2k over global prices.

The price of the crypto currencies based on the supply and demand on the particular exchange,so I think korean exchanges has more demans than the supply so the price is expensive.

No,it is not like that in those countries the people are buying more bitcoins then the people are selling so there is more demand which resulted in more price.

You can if you want to do arbitrage trading, as long as you have an account in an exchange there. Your only problem will be the transaction time. If  you get delayed too much, your target price might have changed before it can get there.

Its really indeed the best time to make some arbitrage trading with these kind of chances where we can able to see a good spread of prices which we can able to make profits but to think off that these kind of situations is not really happening anytime so having fast orders would really be suggested on here. Price on each exchange is different but not all the times that they do have large spread and its basing on the demand why sometimes we do see big differences.

The changing legislative environment with new anonymity guidelines impacting banking operations between banks and cryptocurrency exchanges. Compliance is mandatory, I believe this to be the reason that unable to open a bank account accepting Korean Won deposits due to its involvement in crypto trading.

Arbitrage is a wonderful way to earn some extra money. But it is not that easy as it looks, arbitraging has huge challenges which needs to be overcome to make the profit.
The main challenge will be to convert KRW to USD after selling bitcoin in a Korean exchange. So far I don't know any way to do this, but if I knew a way then I would have been doing arbitraging.

why btc cost more on korean exchanges?
We can see in recent weeks in Korea a lot of bad things related to bitcoin and other electronic coins. The Korean government controls the people they invest in bitcoins. So to reduce the amount of Korean people investing in bitcoins, the government has raised the bitcoin price to $ 2,000 compared to other regions.

Because the number of people who need bitcoin in this country is very large. You can see that 90% of their population know about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Their exchange always have the highest volume. Therefore, not only bitcoin but also other cryptocurrencies have the high price than other places

Korean people very interested to bitcoin it makes the price even higher then affect in "cost" on korean exchange. By the way its not a problem for korean people, because most of korean are already rich. I think even the cost is higher but it will not weighing them.
