If any of you ONLY had $100 - what would you put it on today for the maximum return? Preferably not an ICO.

Oyster Protocol PRL is the Volcano Coin that is now pumping crazy and will soon explode.
I got my PRL last November that has only value $0.0005 and after 6 weeks it surged up to $4.8 before it goes down, I sell my PRL when it was about to descend on $4.1 so still I'm waiting that it will drop to its lowest value and then last 2 days I bought again when it was $.48 and after 2 days it is now pumping and the current price as of this writing it is $1 so i got 100% profit today if I'm going to sell it off buy I will choose to hold because the prediction will be $6-7 before it goes down again..
So, if you buy PRL today, then hit that Buy button now and thank me later.

Not an ICO is then such a difficult choice. You'd have to try something that's low market cap and going really under the radar. I like FidentiaX, it's cryptos take on trade-able insurance policies. I don't think it can go 100x but that would be my pick if I had to try.

I think you are dreaming if you expected someone to tell you the project that would give you 100X, most people just invest in a sound project and when the team deliver on their promise or are actively developing their platform, the price action follows. Look for good project to invest, it will pay up long term

Dreaming is good.  I've invested into BTC/NEO/ETH/LTC - newest is bitcoinwhite.

Non-ICO - that's quite not possible, dude. The last coin I remember which did x100+ was BNB token, launched by binance. Currently there are nearly no such projects, with x100 potential, in current conditions x10 - after purchase looks really great, so better get more money and choose a good ICO from upcoming ones.

You can take a look at short positions like sys and etc. sys is going to release masternotes at the end of february and callisto airdrop of etc is at march 5. There are possible 5x coins which could increase your portfolio very quick. But please do your own research if you intend to invest.

My two picks would have to be Deeponion because of the tech and the amazing community plus the free air drops. And my second would be Elixer since it had dedicated devs and has big potential once the app comes out.

My suggestions would be VIA or WAVES. You could also give Blockport a look.

Most likely for a more effective return will have to invest in ICO. Of course, you can buy coins in the hope that they will grow, but when you invest in ICO, the token grows while the bounty company is on, and after entering the market this coin will still raise its price. So I think that still investing in ICO is better!

I do not know what Alt can give you x100 and turn $ 100 into as much as 10,000. It's a tremendous amount of money for profit from one coin. There are many tokens that are now in low price. I would vouch that they will grow 2 or 3 times. Maybe more. But since you want to - I do not know. And the one who knows about such a treasure is unlikely to share such exclusive information.

I would have invested that money in Ardor. I believe that this coin is very underestimated now. I think it will cost more than$ 50 at the end of this year.

My two highest risk-reward plays at the moment are Coss and Rialto.  You will have to do your own research, though.

Would try to get in on the ground floor of a new project not an established one. Don't have a specific one for you but there was a lot of DAG+Privacy coins being floated around as of late, those would probably be a stellar investment but DYOR before punting.

It's impossible. Of course you can buy altcoins, from 500-1000 places. In this case, you have a chance to lose your 100.

Nobody knows exactly which coin can bring you x100 profit. I would advise you to pay attention to capp, ada, snt-very promising altcoins, in my opinion.

On small exchange markets like hitbtc, kucoin etc.. every forgotten shit can give you 10x in any moment (low vol pump), but timing is not good for these ,,investitions``. My advice - wait and observe.

I don't think you will find x100 in current market state and the whole 2018 in general. x50-x500 coins are behind us in 2017.

But the biggest potential I see in ELIX. You could try it with $100.

And for a 100$ investment ico is highly recommend. ICO with good project will value your money for sure.

If you only have 100 $ investment and you want x100 profit, then I think it is not very feasible. Currently, there are potential cryptos you can refer to as Ripple, Dash, NEO, if you invest in these coins then the high probability will be x10 the initial funds invested in 3 months time.

You could try yobits investbox? But please be careful! You should not expect such a big return it is not that easy to make money. If you only have a little to invest don't put it all into one coin and but at the wrong time and lose it all just because you trying to get a quick profit. You must be patient.

I would put the $100 all on RDN (Raiden Network), it's the lowest risk higher reward coin you will find in the coming months. Just look at the amount of work the devs are doing on their github page and you'll be impressed.

Status or Ardor will be my choice, the coins have a very good volume and Ardor seem it has finally touched the bottom and it is ready to go up once again, so those will be my top choices, but if you are really trying to find coins to make a lot of money my best bet will be on AdEx or in Theta Token, Theta Token has been decreasing in value and if you are willing to take risks that may be a coin worth looking.

I see a great power in LSK although it is expensive now at $26. I bought some of it last year while it was still $3 and I am 300% on profit now  ;D It had made a huge leap since then. If I were to invest on lower altcoins with $100 now I'd probably go with ELIX too.

This is all very good advice - again, it's all speculation and to look back on.  There are certainly gems no one is talking about.  I don't believe that 2017 was the biggest year crypto will have by far!

I think Wanchain,Dragonchain,Utrust and Elixir this are the good investment of altcoins. i'm not sure about 100x return this year but probably it will be huge in the coming months. try to read their whitepaper.

I think you should make a long-term investment in a new coin, but you should choose the right one. This is probably not very easy.

I wish I had got your signals on PRL before. I too had it from november, and a real lot of them, but forgot to sell it ATH, so now I can just wait for it to climb up again - which it will. PRL is a real silent volcano, I agree.

As I am wirting this, I have faith in ArcBlock and InsurePal. Both of them are very successful in community and the projects are very solid. Great teams too.

If I would have only 100 USD then I would simply put it into Lisk.

Another great potential I see in Huobi pro exchange token. The exchange is growing at a rapid rate and based on their communication and announcements - they have loads of cool stuff planned for this year.

I would have to say to buy some Oyster. It is up a lot today and was at an all time high of 5 USD so it still has room to grow. It is special in that it actually has a working product and use case for it.

 
Best bet is to look for a low market cap coin that's been around for a while.  There are plenty out there to choose from.  My current favorite is UFO.  It's made by the same guy that did Feathercoin.

Oyster is one of the most certain successes of this year, pearls will grow at least 8X this year, until 8$, the likely market price of cloud hosting 64 Gb . It has already grown quite a lot in December, so I do not think more...

There are many altcoıns that have a huge potentıal return on ınvestments ın the future. Some of these altcoıns are Rıpple and IOTA, Rıpple has a huge market cap, cırculatıng supply and costs low compared to other cryptocurrencıes also beıng supported by ınternatıonal banks, on the other hand, IOTA ıs lınked to provıdıng cryptocurrency platform for the future of technology known as the Internet of Thıngs.

I can offer you not the most popular coin AION I expect from it 10x in the near future but it is not included even in the top 50

I also invested in AION now they are doing testnet so when they will launch the mainet the price will increase .

My prediction for AION is 25-30 $ by end of the year ...

If you are considering altcoins for growth, then I probably could advise a couple of promising tokens, it's Appcoin - it now costs $ 1 and in spring it will grow to 2 - 3 $ without any problems, since it already showed a price of $ 3 in January before the market fell. Just notice the waves are very promising and there will be good growth by fall.

Altcoins are based on cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Even these superior cryptocurrencies have not given such high rates of returns in the recent years so it is impossible for the altcoins so have 100 times the return in such short times. However, if we consider 10 times the value there are coins like Cardano and Stellar that have a chance.

I believe I've found one and her name is Matrix =).
