Thanks for sharing this. I think this is one of the recent good news that caused btc to bounce back after its recent price dip. Please be noted also that tomorrow the meeting from the senate regarding btc's regulation would also be released. If the senate discussion would be good then please expect for btc's price to go moon up again.

Wow, it is interesting whether it will be possible to do the same with altcoins.

This sounds like a progressive and welcome move, and also falls in line with the current stance of the overall government to treat transactions in crypto for tax purposes. For greater flexibility look at getting yourself a crypto Debit card there is one US Based one now which supports 14 currencies and works very well  :)

I'm curious to see where are they going to sell this bitcoins, don't think that they are funding the budget with crypto. Anyway I think that the most important news in this article is that they will require a smart contract to be upheld and enforced under Arizona law. Many people in many countries has been talking about using smart contracts in governmental structures but no one used them yet.

somebody seriously needs to forward this to JP Morgan CEO, Jamie Dimon and tell him how different States in the US are treating bitcoin, and this is the same bitcoin which he called "Fraud" and still insists on saying he doesn't care about it and continue talking about bitcoin...

I really appreciate the fact that you are really making an effort to spread awareness and good news about bitcoins, but if you go on and try to read the past posts, you will see that a lot has already been spreading the same news over and over again. But don't get me wrong, I am not saying you are doing a crime, in fact, I would love to see more of this rather than seeing all those baseless FUDs that are being spread by people who have nothing else that is better to do with their lives. It's just that it is not that healthy for the forum. But no worries, at least now you know, I hope you try to read back next time before creating a topic.

Anyways man, good day :)

Those are very good news. I will recommend this for the anti-FUD group:
