There is no bitcoin bann in Europe, there is no bitcoin ban also, there is an autobahn but that's something else.

Next time when you start a thread, put a normal title with the essence of your problem.
Something like "EU citizen, need help cashing out".

Now, back to your problem, where do you live, where and how have you tried to cash out?
What do you mean by not being legal?
A few details if you want help!!!!

What, the autobahn is not an automatic ban on all cryptocurrencies across Europe that Germany decided to issue  ???

As Stompix said, there's no ban anywhere in Europe (that I'm aware of, certainly not a Europe wide ban).

If you’re in Berlin and the ban only affects you, not other users, it’s probably the U-Bahn.

The posts like this should be banned.
First, Bitcoin in Europe isn't banned, a second you didn't say anything about your situation. In what country you live, how do you want to cash out your coins or anything else.
You have plenty opportunities to cash out Bitcoin, from localbitcoins and exchanges or Bitcoin debit cards, few are still available in Europe.
So, don't spread false information.

Maybe you just mean you can't whithdraw w/o evade paying taxes?

Sometimes I really wonder if crypto really make people lost their reading comprehension. They can't even grasp everything  that they have read in the internet. There's no ban in Europe, where did you read that non-sense? Give us the link please. And if it really ban in Germany, then I"m not surprise because they, together with France are really pushing it, even proposing to the G20 summit. But if you are trolling, I'm sorry but members here are already used to it and wouldn't just believed anything specially coming from a newbie like you.

I was surprised to read the title of the topic from which it follows that in Europe already prohibit crypto currency. However, it turned out that someone needed help in cashing out the crypto currency, but not even the country. Why write this?

This is certainly a FUD, but it's more like a joke. Like his next topic: the whole world is banning cryptocurrencies or the crypto community is banning bitcoin. Hilarious and stupid. This can't be serious.

You can sell it to a person without needing a third party but it may be hard to someone to sell large amount of bitcoin. Though I think it should be legal in europe everywhere.

As a bitcoin miner/user/trader for 5 years now i can say for sure that there is absolutely no ban on cryptocurrencies in European countries! Some countries have their own laws which are commonly overruled by the European commission and my tax consultants told me some weeks ago that there will be no change of actual European laws within next 4-7 years because if there would be changes of actual laws wanted every country in the European Union has a veto right against changes... and there will be at least one country using this veto every single time whenever laws could be changed.
Furthermore the chief of the European Central Bank has spoken out publicly that the ECB could hold cryptocurrencies by themselves soon!

The article is in German but it says what I've written above:

No there is no general European ban on bitcoins , this is just another way  get the market chatting , they say controversy sells so maybe thats what happening here , The European union from a legal perspective has even ruled that the present rules that apply to their banking systems is not applicable to bitcoins and as such bitcoins are exempt from some taxes.  This is of course a sore point im sure , so be on the look out very interesting days ahead

It’s rather unfortunate that we have people like this in this forum because all that they seem to care is to spread FUD in this forum and thus making some people sell their bitcoins.

Bitcoin is not regulated without the applicable legal framework. However, a recent ruling in the EU court system states that Bitcoin is exempt from VAT taxes in any EU member state.

This is also a question that our nation is trying to solve. Owning crypto as a way to hide, your finances from tax evasion. Many are trying to turn the money into Altcoin, but banks are trying to squeeze their deposits anonymously.

There are different countries in Europe. Old Europe does not block the use of bitcoins. In Europe there are countries of the former USSR. Such as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. They have a different situation. Belarus is on the way to full legalization of bitcoin. Ukraine has not decided on its attitude towards bitcoin but is moving towards legalization. Russia is also not decided yet but there might be a ban. Requests for assistance should be specific.

Bitcoin has increased a lot in popularity since it was created in 2009 but there still remain several regions around the world where it, and other cryptocurrencies such as Litecoin and Ethereum, are classified as illegal and not recognized as a legitimate form of currency.

They've been doing this lately Lol. If I am not mistaken they've already done it before yet in the end the still allow it. Now it goes back to the same situation again and maybe the government haven't understood that they cannot control it's user and it just continue on trading on the blackmarket

You are right that members here are intelligent or experienced enough to recognize that these are not genuine posts. But what about the visitors coming through Google search. Since the visitor will notice that the information is shared on a  reputed forum, he might believe it. Also, everyone does not have the time to go through all comments. Especially the organic visitors who are looking for specific information, read only the top of post. We should do something about these type of posts.

Europe haven't made a legal ban over bitcoin. Europe has different cryptocurrency exchanges which helps in the cash out of bitcoin. Now this might have got into more regulation, based on which there is not much of complications found in cashing out of bitcoin through exchanges and trading websites.

Yes you can, use exchange for example bitstamp and withdraw money to your bank account.

After you do that, go to your tax office and pay tax. Buying and selling cryptocurency is legal in Europe  ;)

I am sure that you are spreading false information here about the ban but let me share a method to cash out bitcoins in any country where it is banned:

Suppose you have $5000 worth bitcoins and you want to cash out this money. You can invest that amount to buy digital services or products. For instance, you can get 5-10 Facebook pages with 1 millions targeted likes for that amount. You have to buy from a person who is ready to deal in bitcoins. Pay him using Escrow and get those pages. Now you can sell those pages to another person for PayPal cash or make a deal with local person for direct bank transfer.
