Title: Shared send problem (resolved)
Post by: homeworker on September 10, 2013, 03:49:13 PM
Hello everyone!

I have a problem with shared send.

I sent payment to the shared address 19SPmPiQCAcKojfZT8dXPhZusfwtMS2Aoo (0.50612246 BTC, transaction ID 6f07f50b3d9b705be8e5e390b216d26aabee35445044edd62fac193c38fa7d93), but money did not come to my main Bitcoin address 1M7c73RyZ2KZFNgNhEYcdVWg1HFQEhvG2t. I lost money?

I use an online wallet on blockchain.info.

Update: I have received money. Problem has been resolved.

That sucks man :S. Have you tried sending a ticket to your wallet client?

Maybe you can earn some of your money back using this link :P https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=290088.0. The top link earned me 0.3 BTC is less then a month!

I have sent a support ticket to blockchain.zendesk.com, but they still did not reply.

What is a shared address?
You sent the bitcoins to 19SPmPiQCAcKojfZT8dXPhZusfwtMS2Aoo so you need to have to private key of 19SPmPiQCAcKojfZT8dXPhZusfwtMS2Aoo  if you want to use them. You can import the private key in the settings of blockchain.info

Is that not your address?

I assumed you meant "shared wallet" and it's your address -- therefore you control and shouldn't have lost anything. Now I am thinking I did not understabnd.

Nothing is lost blockchain keeps record of all tx made, specially shared send ones. I am facing similar issue today whereas yesterday it worked flawlessly as you can see on my thread. I think the new wallet address generated by blockchain is not forwarding the bitcoins to intended wallet and the bitcoins are just getting stuck at new wallet address. Maybe blockchain developers can resolve this issue.
