Also one of the Avalon devs, I believe, noted that installing fans there would actually worsen the cooling due to how having fans on, both, the front and back would affect the airflow. The best option, I believe, would be a more powerful fans in the front ... though those are already pretty powerful. why would it be? i applied duct tape to the gaps between the front fans and the units (just enough to bridge the gaps) and the rear fans (externally mounted and on 4pin molex) and temps improved. now i want all 4 fans to run at the same speed when i change them via cgminer Title: Re: 4 Pwm fans for avalon batch1?
