I don't think inputs.io has 'scammed' anybody yet. If you want free BTC you can also check out CoinChat (http://coinchat.org/r:Anon135246). I've earned over 0.3 BTC in less than 1 month with just chatting.

I've made several withdrawals from inputs.io to my offline wallet (and deposits from there, too). No problems what-so-ever.
