I have been in contact with their head fellow on several occasions trying to sort out why the BC is sooooo slow to deliver if ever. I currently have a 27 hour delayed order and a 30 min delayed order with this company. It's supposed to take 15 minutes. I leave messages and emails and get little response. All in all I have placed 8 orders and only gotten BC 4 times. I've done everything they asked me to do in order to verify who I am and to make this a smooth process but it has not helped. So far a big thumbs down for these guys. |
