If the winning bidder requests Local Pickup with USD fiat then the BTC -> USD amount will be calculated using the Coinbase buy price on Friday September 13th @ 9:00 PM PDT I will take and post a screenshot of the Coinbase webpage at that time for the sake of record keeping/verification of the exchange rate Additionally, If the fiat is cash (preferred), then the local pickup will be made at the bank and the miner will change ownership after the monies are successfully verified and deposited by the teller.
