I don't get it, the buyer first gives you the 1.5 Euro, THEN gives you a bank trnasfer in order for the bitcoin to be sent?   Why don't they just buy it off an exchange?  Safer, too.

Hi,

If I said buy now price at higher rate that means fee's will be higher at my end both PayPal and eBay final fee, So if put small listing price means fee's less then the buyer sends the rest via Bank T

Simple so the buyer has both protection and a decent service.
