BTC-ALPHA EXCHANGE Not processing withdraws

I have been waiting for hours for BTC-ALPHA to process my withdraw.
Have opened a support ticket. It has not been answered.
Sent an email to support@btc-alpha about the issue. They have never replied.

Yes the alpha exchange are bad in the deposit and the withdraw.

That's why centralized exchanges are terrible.

I can confirm this. No withdrawals are processed. Waiting for 2 days now. No answer from support.

As soon as my support mail get answered, I'll give an update. If there are more who can't withdraw from that exchange, please tell. Keeping this thread alive puts some pressure on the guys of BTC-Alpha.

Still no answer from support. I created a new account - deposits AND withdrawals are working. Unforunately I cannot transfer fund to the new account, because the BTC-Alpha-Code to transfer coins to another user account required an e-mail confirmation which is not sent by BTC-Alpha. I have to wait for their support... let's hope it exists.

I can confirm now that there is a support - I just got a mail from them. But I am not sure if they understood my problem. Waiting for a new response now... I expect an answer next week.

From what I can tell, the problem is that their emails are not reaching certain domains. I have an outlook.com email address and a few days ago I stopped getting login & withdrawal emails from btc-alpha (which is a problem since you need to get email to withdraw).

I created a new account using my work domain & am getting all emails (including withdrawals) just fine - but BTC is still stuck on my other account.

The problem w/ opening support tickets is that you can't tell if they reply, since you can't get emails from them - very frustrating.

If anyone has another way of contacting support please post.

Yes the same issue it's was happened to me because of I deposited some amount of Bitcoins to buy ucash coins, the deposit happened with any issues and when I withdraw btc for there site it's has been taken more than a week to get my withdrawal.

The mail for login confirmations, withdrawal confirmation and support is the same. The mail from the support arrived without any problems.

A friend of mine has to repeat the withdrawal request several times to finally get a mail. Withdraw coins and if no mail arrives, cancel withdrawal and repeat the same procedure. He told me that he has to try at least two times and up to five times until he gets a mail.

I tried to contact the support in their telegram group, but they just tell me to create a ticket...

You should probably avoid centralized exchanges and move to decentralized exchanges. Just make you sure you secure your account and avoid getting hacked. I would like to recommend you to use IDEX and Cryptobridge Dex.

shit man my withdrawals are also pending pending and pending .. is this scam exchange ??? .hope i read this one before depositing

Having the same sort of issues, not email confirmations so cannot process the withdrawals...

Why TXID link me to coinbase when I want to check it? and I tryed on block explorers and it dont seems to appear? scammed? Please reply if you got some light.

Better to use decentralized exchanges, well, or more verified exchanges such as bitrek, polonix. After all, with exchanges that belong to someone, there is always a chance that you will not be able to withdraw your money.

I have the exact same problem with a monero withdraw. Also been waiting since the 6th but support didnt reply yet. Its probably a scam but if you hear anything from support let me know.

Is a scam exchange I think and is even refusing to remove Superior Coin from the exchange.
Only 2 other exchanges are refusing to withdraw Superior Coin
You just need to look at our Twitter account @thesuperiorcoin or our domain thesuperiorcoin.com to easily see that this currency is stolen and is actually mine. They were both started over a year ago. Look at the tweets from the start. As for FBI we have regular contact with 5 different agents they do not give case names and do not give their personal names.

So far only 3 tiny exchanges have accepted this coin. Innocent peiople are being ripped off every day by the thieves of this coin. Just last week there was another pump and dump to double the price by the thieves.

I guess you need to be patient, at times support takes up to months before they can respond to support tickets. I never had issues with the exchange.

I also withdrawals BTC 1 day already, but i have not received yet. Maybe after I get it I will never trade on this exchange anymore

I am sure that this exchange is not a SCAM. They are on the web many years. They just have much more withdrawal and deposit requirements than they can manage. I think that will be better in the near future.

I dont think here is scam exchange. NO, just they dont work correctly with clients support center. I also expect to solve a problem that I have reported for 3 days on an ETH deposit. The telegram supports total ignorance even if someone is online. Even if they have a lot of retired and deposited work, it does not have to ignore the clients. There are many other exchanges that have a lot of work to do, but they answer those who call them to solve situations that require the attention of the support team. I'm still waiting for my problem to be solved. I will come back to tell you how it worked and how long it took. Good luck to all.

Good. I'm glad that Huobi Global opened Huobi Russia. Because most of the russian exchnages are greedy for the fees and work very slow. Proceed transaction deposit/withdrawals with a HUGE delays. And a player from a global market is a good sign for all! I'd recommend to use it instead of BTC-Alpha or EXMO.

I'm still waiting for a problem with an ETH deposit sent via smartcontract a week ago. I am very disappointed with the way they ignore their clients both in the telegram and in the support page and I'm looking for a solution to receive these funds. I believe that the competition will make BTC-Alpha reconsider the causes for which they will lose customers and will improve their services with the clients. Good luck to all. Happy New Year!

Even though I insisted several times in this period, I received ETH deposited into my btc-alpha account only after about 3 weeks. Very long time to action that manually takes a few minutes. Otherwise I was pleased with their services as a trader. Good luck.

Trying to activate this thread again. It seems their support are slow as hell when it comes to processing. I want to hear others experiences on BTC-Alpha.
