Account sales have been going on this forum for basically two reasons.
1.To join signature/bounty campagins
2.To scam people.

Its something that is allowed to occur without any restrictions - this has nothing to do with "legality". However it leads to scam and spam and hence DefaultTrust will mark the account buyer/seller with a negative trust. You have been warned.
