Let's talk a bit about the current situation with masternode coins.
Standard cycle for new coins consists of these phases: network startup , initial limited nodes offering, exchanges listing. Let's review them:

- Network starts.
- Initial auction is held.
- Raised money are used for exchange listings.

Looks good? Yes, but what actually happens:

- Network is overflooded with nicehash miners looking for easy rewards, thus raising hashrate up to the sky. These miners are looking for easy
profit while coin price is not yet determined by market rules.
- At this moment, fresh network with no masternodes offers great ROI to investors, and limited sale goes in prices 2-3, sometimes even 5+ btc.

- After exchange listing, mined coins are thrown into market, dropping price very low. Low coin is totally not profitable to mine, nicehash goes
 away, leaving some coins stuck for few days till mining difficulty gets updated. After few weeks, generated coins allow to make few times
more masternodes than during initial sale, and good investment is lost.

Here are some steps we are offering:

- Masternodes are valuable network nodes and should require large amount of coins being locked. It's a guarantee that a node's ROI won't
drop too fast and that market isn't overflooded with mined coins. Initial ROI is expected to be ~700%, but projected halving is 4-6 months.
- We will distribute major amount of premined coins among masternode holders. Premine left will be divided for our use. One part will be used for
airdrops, bounties and listings which require our coins. Other part will be locked for one year and shared by team members.
- Sale node price will be capped, giving good initial investment opportunity to holders. We don't want an auction price to be very high, since large
price changes on listing kills good network setup. Also, setting low initial coin price will hold network hashrate, rendering nicehash mining less effective at the start.

Premine: 4.8%
4%(1M coins) will be given to investors during auction phase.
0.4%(100K coins) will be user for airdrops, bounties, listings and promotion campaigns.
0.4%(100K coins) is hold for the team members.

We will hold an auction for 50MN(20001 coins each) with initial price of 0.25 BTC(~$0.1 per coin) and 1 BTC(~$0.4 per coin) price cap.

14.02.2018 21:00 UTC - 15 Masternodes
Distribution of the remaining 20 Masternodes will be announced later depending on the auctions' results.

Each masternode is 20001 ADD.

Rules:

Initial price is 0.25 BTC.
Minimum bid is 0.01 BTC.
Price cap is 1 BTC.

Bidding starts after the command of an auction master.
Time limit for a bid is 60 seconds, each bid resets the timer. The first bidder who calls 1 BTC gets current lot immediately.
Posts other than bids during the bidding phase are prohibited.
MN coins will be sent to the winner after we get clear payment (1 confirmation).
