Title: Ether +DCR mining with Asus Vega 56, need some suggestions with hashrate
Post by: ykiran_k on February 12, 2018, 02:13:16 PM
Hi,

i am new to mining (second week into it), i recently built a rig with two Vega 56 cards. Here are my current stats from Ether + DCR using Claymore dual miner. I have read in lot of threads/articles that Vega 56 can hash upto 40 Mh/s or even higher. However i am not able to past 70 Mh/s (35 with each card). I have Asus Z270E Mother board. Could anyone please suggest, what am I missing? Are these numbers looking valid or under utilized? Thanks for your help. Let me know if you need more information.

All the answers your questions have been answered about 50 times around here but here it goes...
What memory does that vega have? They get 40-44Mhs with 1100Mhz memory.

Also don't dual-mine dcr, sia or lbry they'll just eat your electricity and give nothing. You can now mine blake2s, keccack and some other algo. Find a coin for that.
