I heard he published it on bitcointalk.org, if that is true can somebody show that post? Satoshi's posts about it are archived here (https://www.mail-archive.com/search?l=cryptography@metzdowd.com&q=from:%22Satoshi+Nakamoto%22) and the paper was published at https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf (https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf).
He later wrote about it on the P2P Foundation page here (http://p2pfoundation.ning.com/forum/topics/bitcoin-open-source). His first post on this forum was in November 2009, approximately a year after the release of the original whitepaper.
