So the common scheme is, get the Bitcoin, chargeback the PayPal, and then you get to have both your PayPal funds and your Bitcoin, where the other guy is left with nothing. You misunderstand; I'm making clear what people do when they mix PayPal with Bitcoin; I am not suggesting people do this, but rather, they're already doing it.
