He is also not responding to emails Someone signed for this package in portland, if anyone wants to help bring this case to justice I will happily pay. I am not talking about anything illegal here, just getting to the bottom of this and exposing this scammer and reporting to the necessary authorities. PM me or comment here to get in touch.
