Use p2p exchanges. There are a lot of them, but all of them with issues.

I hope soon one of the promising projects called simpledex.org (http://simpledex.org) start working.

Go on https://localbitcoins.com/ and find someone from your area who buys crypto currency that you sell, find with him face to face and traded.

Yup. P2P, and localbitcoins specifically. What i've done is simply educate the people around me in my life who have some money to make investments, and when they inevitably decide "yep, im gonna get in on this" I just sell them some of my crypto to make it cheaper for them to buy and me to cash out. Everybody ends up happy, and crypto gets new investors! ;)
Wins on wins on wins.

Not sure this would help you.

http://www.coinparator.com/compare-exchanges/

Do take note that prices here are set by other people, so they may buy at a lower price than your exchange would. I've tried using it a couple of times, and every now and then my exchange would offer better rates (even with fees and all) than the listings on it. Make sure you check the rates so you actually end up saving.

Nice. Thanks. Adding supported countries would be better.

best would be to sell directly to people at an agreed price. i bought eth directly from a person ,met him at a mall and exchanged payments. trust issues. but it was lower than if I bought at an exchange

It is not safe at all.

Depends where you live. If you live in a shitty country where children in school carry guns or somewhere where a man can not go to the bank and not to be robbed when comes out, then you're right. But if you live in a normal country where you can at any time of the day and night free to walk the streets without fear of attack someone, then your argument does not stand.

The best option is to sell them to a private person, there are some sides where people offer their interest of purchasing crypto. Good Luck!

first find out the best buy and sell rates being offered by various exchanges in your country may use such sites http://www.coinparator.com/compare-exchanges/ for comparison after that look for people who would meet you in person and do the transaction  at agreed cost face to face but meeting in person and doing transaction needs to be done with lot of care .
In my view do it on exchange which offers you best rates it is wise to earn less then loose entire amount

Bisq is another p2p decentralized exchange. I have purchased bitcoin there but have not cashed out any yet. It has a built in escrow wallet for bitcoin and moderators that will step in to help resolve disputes. In the US I believe they only support Zelle because it is harder to reverse those transfers than something like a credit card/PayPal which of course is important since bitcoin transfers cannot be reversed once the bitcoin is released from escrow. The one limitation is that only certain banks support Zelle, and some that do have very low daily or weekly limits, so you may need to break up your withdrawal into multiple transactions to allow people to transfer enough dollars to you in the prescribed transfer time.
