Can anyone help me on how to make my tokens on ETH a real money?
Can you give me links to read or to watch a video on how to convert some tokens on ETH?
I have tried some conversions and my tokens just disappears   :'(

Type at youtube "how to trade token at etherdelta" for example.
Firts of all you need to know wich market support your token, send  it there. make sure the deposit address is right, cause if not youll lose your token forever. Different token different deposit address depend on what market u use too.

1. Sell your tokens on EtherDelta for ETH or BTC
2. Move from EtherDelta account to your wallet
3. Transfer from your wallet to external address where you can sell for fiat (e.g., coinbase)
4. Sell ETH or BTC for fiat.
5. Voila!  ;D

first, tokens must be listed on some exchange site before you can convert it into ETH or other leading coins.
second, try to use CMC, Blockfolio Apps in google play store, to identify if the tokens you have are listed in other exchage site like hitbtc, cryptopia, binance, and so on. dont try to make a deal on some account that has a low rank here at our forum to avoid scam or loses.

all you need to know is the market that supports your token, send it there. make sure the deposit address is correct, because otherwise you lose your token forever. Unlike the different deposit addresses depending on the market you use as well.

First you need to have some ETH in your token wallet (If your token is ERC20) for gas for transaction fees.
Then, you must know your token listed on what exchanges.
Then withdraw your token to exchanges which listed your token
After that you sell your coins, usually pair with ETH.
After your coins sold and become ETH,
Sell your ETH to USD.
And finally withdraw your USD balance

EtherDelta is probably one of the more cumbersome exchanges I've ever used. Are you able to exchange via GDAX?

Altcoins are usually trade at Etherdelta to convert to ETH. (Details on deposit and withdrawal in Etherdelta can be viewed in Youtube) Once an ETH it can be trade in so many sites but I prefer Cryptopia and Poloniex. This is the steps I made when I first learn how to trade. First try to know what kind of Bitcoin wallet is accepted in your locality and in exchanges. Register to create the kind of wallet that converts Bitcoin into cash. (Take note:  Bitcoin is widely acceptable than ETH).  Trade your ETH in cryptopia if it is less than .5 and if more than .5 then in Poloniex.  Make sure that you deposit your ETH to the correct wallet in exchanges.  Of course, ETH to ETH wallet.  When depositing your ETH, do not deposit all but leave at least .007 for gas or transaction fees in your MEW (I use myetherwallet).  Then convert ETH to Bitcoin so you can transfer it to your local wallet and exchange for cash.
