Usually people who sell accounts have a high chance of being scammers if not immediately , at least after some time. I am sorry for your lost bitcoin as that is a big amount of money in value right now about 400 dollars.
If you had checked his feedback from hiliariousandco which is a global admin in the forum , this alone should have been a point of detention for you. In the feedback written by the global admin it says that besides bittrex guy being an account seller had an extensive amount of scam accusation against him. I don't think me or anyone else can do much to help you. You have learned the hard way. Still I say go ahead and press charges against him, you have nothing to lose if you are in the same country as the scammer.
That is why a bitcoin user should be very careful with whom he is dealing with and in what kind of shady things that person is involved before sending any of your precious bitcoin to him. That bitcoin address doesn't mean anything, the scammer can easily have a lot of wallets for his scamming activities. |
