If you have a blockchain wallet (this is an online wallet) you can write your name to your address in order other people know who you are.
You are not committed to doing it, so the majority doesn't. For example this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1andreas3batLhQa2FawWjeyjCqyBzypd belongs to the known entrepreneur Andreas Antonopoulos. The address you're giving has not any information, so you can't find the owner. I am not sure that walletexplorer is very accurate. It claims that my address (1TarasQyKwPJRuod6qwh7n8BjMHC49ZNY) belongs to MtGox... And there might definitely be a history of the transactions made on the faucet sites. So just look for that. And if you don't find any history then at least you might know that it's not from faucet sites.
