A little more information would be helpful. 1. Where did you get the client? 2. What is the version? 3. What kind of errors are you getting? The official windows binary is here: http://sexcoin.info This client was thoroughly tested on windows XP. Let me know how I can help? I think I downloaded the client from the link in the official thread. The most recent RC version. There is a error code 0x8.... when starting the program. I open the exe file in depends, and it suggested missing vc runtime. I have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3387 The error has gone. PS: My win XP was clean installed. XP is a rather old OS and after a new installation you also need to download and install all microsoft service packs to be up to date (can take some serious time). |
