Well, they may be cool ICOs. Just try to do other findings before opting for them. Although i have not heard of them before.
There are still other couple of good ICO you can go for, example of such are MediChain, whose signature i am carrying, bob's repair is also a very good one and the ICO is still on.
Do the right findings and make your choice.

I don't know such projects...I invest in the e-Chat.

So many good ICO, but please be carefull some of them maybe scam and only run fake project. Check at some ICOs review site or watch some vid at youtube who uploaded by some investment advisor. And if you interseted in decentralized technology just click my signature link. For sure, that's why I registered only in Origami Network, they have already a working product and clients, too risky for them to scam :)

But some of the more cold ICO projects mean less profit, in my opinion.
So in general, I will choose some popular ICO projects to participate in. If you want to participate in the ICO project of the cold door, I suggest you know the bitcoinsuisse website.

In the short run you are right, hyped ones will have a high chance to create a good increase once listed if they are sold out.
However, if you have one with a great concept, it will grow over time and can outperform the quick gain by a multiple regardless of being hyped - all depends on what your investment horizon is.

Caution - Advertizing:
While we get a lot of sign ups now after just getting started already and sure work hard to make it a hype, we are sure our own ICO will be VERY successful in the long run as well because it combines two technologies (geo-location and blockchain based payment system) and addresses a market need not met so far.

If ICO is under radar and doesn't get much attention it may not be a good investment afterall. I personally don't consider ICOs with less than 10k telegram followers.

I checked the article I  can only pick 2 projects out of the whole list, don't believe most of the projects on the list would make it, the space is very competitive now and it is very easy for projects that are not well capitalised to be lost in the crowd

It's almost impossible to determine the best, but at leat one should try to identify a good pool of ICOs based on project, scope, potential, hype, team, differential factors, etc.

I have already invested in this project. In true sense it is one of the under radar ICO that seems to have good prospects in future.

I have observed some ICO, and it takes so long time. I found some good ICO in my observation. One of them is dimension network it is an exchange site project but it is just like kucoin. It will give all its token holder shares. But unfortunately their softcap is 5000 eth but they only collect 1500 eth now. The sale only one week left. If they cannot reach the softcap then they will go to VC. But honestly, VC is not so good way, they are too greedy.

I think that most overlooked ICO are FourtySeven Bank (same as my signature).
last year i saw them on blockchain conference in Riga, Latvia. Professional team and realy impressive advisory board.

An ICO with lots of telegram followers doesn't mean anything. Nowadays, all project use airdrops to create hype and to get people to join the telegram.

Telegram followers numbers can be manipulated. Better to look at the fundamentals, like the team, the product use case and the tokenomics.

I don't know projects you've mentioned, but I'll check them, thanks for info. I really like Safinus, seems for me very promising.

The best ICOs are Debitum and VALID right now.

I really like the concepts and teams behind those projects. The Ex CEO of Modum is also involved into VALID. Worth a look imho.

I also became interested in this project. I can not understand why such a low activity in the thread of the announcement. The project is very interesting and the preparation for ICO looks solid.

EtherJack's ICO is clearly under the radar.

It's a pity to see people invest on project only because the telegram got a lot of uninterested members.

SRCoin is definitely in my current radar. ICO ending at the end of March.

1. Project from an established company with great record. No need to worry about leadership/company failure
2. Realistic goal that can be achieved in a year or less. Might not be the next 100x but a very safe investment in this volatile market.

I like AITHEON and FACETER .Great teams with good experience and with working product.They should be huge in the future after mass adoption

would it not be smart to buy into a huge in the radar ICO, as we are hoping for a large gain after the coin is released onto the markets?
I know its hard to get into the ICO, but if it works the hyp increases profits?

I suppose that Safinus is one of the best projects right now. It is the project of the platform, where new entrants will be able join profitable cryptocurrency and ICO portfolios very easily. Moreover, there will be a lot of benefits for experienced investors as well.
