I do feel bad for the people who paid in BTC as that is the method which you have much less recourse.
Has anyone who's got a refund been an international customer? I'm in Australia and I'm wondering how this is all going to go (refund wise) if you're not in the USA. I guess there's no reason for the courts/FTC/BFL to care much about international buyers. That would be a problem for our legal system, banks and such. I held on to my hopes for as long as I could, I don't see this going anywhere. It was fairly simple. Within 2 days of sending off the emails Lajz99 describes in his process, I had a refund on my PayPal account and 2 days after that a refund showed up on my credit card.
