Which ICOs according to you are not to be missed in February 2018?
I am up for Solve.care(Healthcare) and Dock.io(Professional Networks).

Man I'm still angry about Dock.io . Also I would've said that Seele is a must, but I don't know of anybody that made it onto the Whitelist - same with Ocean Protocol.

My answer would depend on what exactly you are looking for, an Ico to flip or a longterm investment?

We can't 100% predict what are the best ICOs..But according to the concept and road maps i feel Arcblock,daneel,AMLT and WePower ICOs will have a good future..This is my personal idea

Seele's whitelist was terrible. They used a goddamn Google Form for their whitelist lol. People hated them for this, at least they delayed the whitelist to make a new one lmao.
