Of them, paid seeding would increase both participation and usability of the library as intended.

I agree on all 10 of those points and exactly in that order too. Mobile app is a trick missed for the last 12 months I believe and I am glad it is finally coming this year. The only time I turn my pc on is to do some Photoshop and attempted coding. Next is paid resharing, this will sort out most of the content reliability too.
