The forum is full with complaints that site has been down & money disappearing. I know they are professional and I think all issues were resolved. Then I tried BTC-E and got stuck in a never ending "processing" page of a Russian payment site trying to move funds (luckily no charges came out of that). Most recently I tried to buy 1.0 BTC with Coinbase; other than a stupid long wait time, it seems alright.
