If any of you have an outstanding order from BFL and would want to get a refund (since most of their products don't ROI now). Shoot me a PM and i will advise you on how to proceed and whom to contact.

I was successful in getting a full refund within 16 hours of emailing the concerned person.

Thats great news man. I believe there is a similar thread in the BTC sub-forums too.

Can you show some proofs of refunds from BFL?
I am being skeptical on this one.

Mate.. Am not charging for this service. Am trying to help out people who are sailing on the same boat as i was a week ago. I posted here just in case they might have not been aware of the technique people in USA and Europe are employing in getting the refunds.

You can believe it if you want to. I got a 100% refund within 16 hours of sending email to Paypal (period). I will not try to justify myself.

That being said, seems like you are late to the party. By the looks of it, paypal seems to have been out of funds in the BFL Labs paypal account. Now they are saying that if your order is older than 45 days, then they cannot help and asking customers to chargeback using their CC or something on those lines.

AmericanDesi , are you pointing people to thread under hardware section or have you got your own contacts in paypal to get the job done  ??? 

BTW i successfully got full refund for BFL purchase from paypal few weeks ago  :) , unfortunately lately following the same contacts has not worked for people any longer.  >:(
