I will verify myself to anybody that will do transfer vie pm. I have got about €18 on my verified paypal account,

for a first timer, it is the best option. and you will be set up for when you want to buy more :D

or you an register on an exchange, like coinbase, tie your bank account to them, wait a week for it to go through, and then after 30 days your transfers are instant.

ah well, if I had of seen this earlier today. but it was just a little bit I had sitting in that paypal for a few months and did not bother to transfer it as it was so small.
