What is an Adobe CC invite?

I've seen some other people around selling what they claim to be free Adobe licenses applied onto your account while they are actually just using a single volume licensing key that can be applied to multiple accounts without actually being fixed to them, meaning that if the key gets revoked, so do the products. Is this something similar? Also, in regard to the Windows keys you are selling, are they retail or OEM? I am wondering what their limits might be and their longevity in case I need a reinstall or such.
