Title: 2018 - The Year of the ICO's
Post by: Coinsaivory on February 18, 2018, 11:33:31 PM
To all individual initial coin offering investors: I decided to do a detailed research on most ICO's (past, ongoing, and upcoming) and determine which of them have a high chance to reach long-term sustainability. Additionally, as most of us know, we're mostly interested in vastly accumulating profit, thus, I decided to list all of the ICO's which have a lot of potential and provide a high ROI. Enjoy and feel free to add other projects.

       1. Telegram ICO - Adroitly positioned in providing a platform that combines various properties. TON aims to deliver a fast, scalable blockchain with support for decentralized applications, distributed file storage, and micro-payments. As we've seen it in Marketing - people buy the brand. Therefore, this giant proves to me one of the most anticipated ICOs for this years thanks to its competitive advantage and added value, along with its international renown of the company behind.

       2. The Bee Token - even though it ended, this project gather market cap of $5 million ahead of schedule. The project focused on a decentralized marketplace where hosts make additional income, guests find unique accommodations and mediators resolve disputes quickly and easily. In other words, the bee token was a real estate sharing platform, based on the sharing economy philosophy, which proved to me among the giants.

       3. Friendz ICO - Friendz is a tool that lets multinational companies involve a community of users on social networks for marketing purposes. Users get rewarded for creating contents for brands and sharing these contents on their personal social network profile. Friendz has an already working product, €1.2m in revenues, 200 clients, and an enormous potential - the very first digital marketing coin.

       4. AgroTechFarm - ATF farm is a Russian-based company and is a fully automated indoor appliance for cannabis and other vegetables cultivation at home. It is the first ICO of Home appliances for cannabis growing. The tokens are backed by tangible industrial assets of the enterprise and strive to conquer three of the fastest growing markets - cannabis, organic food and blockchain. Solid team, well-written whitepaper. The pre-e just begun so now it's the time to hop aboard the hype train.

       5. KODAK - the internationally preeminent company, KODAK, failed to grasp an opportunity before in terms of digital camera. Therefore, the giant decided to seize the Cryptocurrency opportunity and to reincarnate from the ashes, stronger than ever. According to the information available, the coin allows photographers to take part in a new economy for photography, to receive payment for licensing their work immediately upon sale, and to sell their work on a secure blockchain platform. The hype around it is huge and the white paper is neatly written.

I love the lest, especially Bee Token and Telegram. All seem to be very promising. However, you did mention that we can add up good projects, right?  :P That's why I'd recommend you one:
Cointed is one of them. It is an ongoing ICO project whose renown surprised everyone. The company behind recently stroke alliances with Nvidia, VISA, and TAS Group, which enabled them to go into green mining. Additionally, Cointed have an existing product on the marketplace - Crypto ATMs all over Europe. The team behind it acts in a professional manner, has strong partners, and is fighting their way to the long-term sustainability of their ICO.
Other good projects that you might wanna consider would be Knowledge, Nucleus Vision, Beat, etc.

Somebody did their research meticulously. Great job, mate, great job!  8) I like how you've explained everything exhaustively enough so that even a newbie in the Crypto World would understand what's going on and which of these projects would work for them. Among them, my favorites would be Telegram, KODAK, and Friendz. And I will definitely look up the others, as they grabbed my attention. An ICO, however, which I'd strongly advise you to consider in your list would be Giftz.io: An ongoing rewards-related ICO. The company behind stroke a partnership with the renowned ICO giant, BlockV, and together they introduced Augmented reality into the blockchain. The token works as follows: The more coins one purchases, the more buying power this person would have in their Giftz card, which, in turn, can be changed for various rewards, groceries, etc. Giftz proves to be a sustainable ICO with a professional team, and a solid product.

Good review but is it a rumor that telegram ICO is a scam? There's no official ANN from the telegram company itself, KODAK is a legit one though.
Have you ever checked out VLB?

I've checked Cointed before. Is this for real about VISA and the Green mining? If so, I'm hopping before the ICO's sale is officially over! Whereas for the author, thank you! I've just bought AgroTechFarm and am following Friendz.

The vehicle life cycle blockchain? Yes, it seems to be a big thing, tbh! Whereas for Telegram - I've also stumbled upon this controversy but doubt it, as many of the owners already stood up to defend the preeminence of the upcoming ICO, which might be a thing - otherwise, nobody would vouch for a credibility of something, which is not theirs.

I'm looking forward to reading some real news about this ICO, the community interest should be huge since pretty much all the crypto groups use Telegram, besides of course this forum. But until now unfortunately I've only found many fake news (and fake ICO...).

1 ton is money grabber ico with nothing to do with all of their business plans. With 1 billion targets of ico and it doesn't make sense after you have been reading ton whitepaper. It looks crap if you are seeing from its business plan.

2Thebeetoken is working on the SEC compliance and it looks nice. The developer was following all of SEC compliance guide.

3 Friendz has so many demands and i was expecting a big return after it has been listed on the exchange site.

4 I don't know about this one but there is a similar project already existed.

5 Kodak only need 2 million dollars and it looks good without a lot of money and you can expect a lot of room to growth.

I don't think telegram is a scam, but the lack of information about it so far worries me a lot. Other than that, great list! Have to pick Bee Token and AgroTechFarm as my favorites there

I'm inclined to think that long-term prospects lie not much in technology now. All the big ideas have already been launched and we should see this year and next year all those hundreds of millions being put to use as these projects build on the ideas that they supposedly raised funds for. That makes 2017 the year of ICOs actually, 2018 are just copycats.

But your list does contain KODAK and Telegram, who have a really good userbase. Their ICOs will not be to develop new ideas but to expand on existing products and platforms so yes. If I HAD any money, I'd probably look at Telegram.

In 2018 there is too much ICO and there are many options for investment but there are also projects left behind after the ICO due to too many token and coin rivals.

You should add this to your list in the OP

            6. Vehicle Lifecycle Blockchain / VLB - is a project that aim to integrated all the car-related industry (such as insurance, market, transportation service, repairment, etc) into blockchain. As a utility token, VLB aims to increase the effectivity of all car-related industry thus will create some effect such as lowering fees for insurance, repairment, car leasing and rental. Other things that can be achieved with VLB are increased safety of used car, transparency of repairment history, higher selling price for used cars, etc, there are many things that can be achieved stated in their WP. The team is solid, great advisor, has a lot of partnership, and realistic softcap and hardcap, and the public presale already started from 5 February 2018 till 12 March 2018, which their ICO time.

I think 2018 is all about improving and correcting those already launched ICOs in 2017!
That's the reason we may see similar projects being launched, but if there is a better tech/idea, I'm totally in!

Take for instance, Tenx project.. this was a cool one, until they fail to deliver a working card due to the westcrest/visa issue.

But looking at AMON, this upcoming debit Card project powered by an Artificial Intelligence System will be huge. As it allows the real time crypto conversion and multi-cryptocurrency wallet to solve the problem of volatility and the need to manage hundreds of wallets!

I like how they allows the user to pay in fiat using the best performing cryptocurrency, when the conversion done in the backend and in real time!

This list is impressive. I am a lover of agro and seeing a project of this it caught my attention and i see it as a project that worth investing it. Nothing of this nature fails to achieve its core purpose. I will follow it up and ensure i get the maximum out of it. Also my first time of seeing Kodac on blockchain. It is a good development.

Telegram... Durov in hus off twitter and facebook account said that he is planning ICO, and all official info will appear only in his accounts. All these websites, whitepappers etc wich appears now - are all scams.
Telegram, Kodak will be a real hit, likely bee token too. I think that in 2018 big media companies will launch some interesting ICO too. 2018 just sarted some great projects must be in this year.

Good review but is it a rumor that telegram ICO is a scam? There's no official ANN from the telegram company itself, KODAK is a legit one though.
Have you ever checked out VLB?

The vehicle life cycle blockchain? Yes, it seems to be a big thing, tbh! Whereas for Telegram - I've also stumbled upon this controversy but doubt it, as many of the owners already stood up to defend the preeminence of the upcoming ICO, which might be a thing - otherwise, nobody would vouch for a credibility of something, which is not theirs.
Yes that's what I mean, VLB is such a big thing so its good you've noticed it.

And for telegram ICO, it's really making me doubt it either. These marketers and ICO creators are becoming smarter even they don't own the name and company they are volunteering to create its own even there's no consent from the owner.

You should add this to your list in the OP

            6. Vehicle Lifecycle Blockchain / VLB
This is what I mean.  :)

How does one become an investor of the Telegram ICO?  I couldn't find a public sale anywhere, but heard they raised over a billion dollars already.  Will there be a way for small investors to get in, or do you guys think it will be sold out to all the big investors.

The hype around it is huge and the white paper is neatly written.

i think ico will grow up in 2018. they will replace "ICO" to "DAICO". DAICO: Founder of Ethereum blockchain, Vitalik Buterin suggested upgrading the ICO concept by merging in some of the benefits of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). The new idea, entitled DAICO, is an innovative fundraising model, aimed at making the ICOs more secure by introducing the polls system and involving the project’s token holders into the voting process.

Beside, i join a ico i think it potential in 2018, it TEND. If you interested about TEND, please check this link:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2867400

Have you heard of DIW Token - Digital Identification Wallet?  It's a promising ICO too, would be grateful to hear your view on the subject.

2018 will have more ICOs, more interest in ICOs, more token millionaires...and more blockchain businesses going out of business when they fail to deliver products, or people discovered that their products can't support successful businesses.  It's going to be wild.

In 2018 there is too much ICO and there are many options for investment but there are also projects left behind after the ICO due to too many token and coin rivals.

Not exactly, the year of ICOs was 16 and 17 years. Now it's a bit less of them because of the increasing demands to ICOs quality.

I'm not really sure about the Kodak and Telegram ICOs from an ROI perspective. They will certainly raise a lot of money, and rise quickly up the coinmarketcap rankings, but this could have a detrimental effect on the ICO ROI. From purely a trader point of view, I will not be investing in either of those ICOs

As the market grows, new ICOs are valuable and profitable. It is not a very good ICO, strong team, big community, good partners can bring profit. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the project and when to invest. Good luck.

After the bitcoin price reached its highest point last year, this time began to emerge newly emerging ICO projects. So it can be said that year 2018 is the year of ICO. All competing to make the ICO project and many others are ultimately scam, as it follows the ongoing trend. Hopefully at the end of the year the price of coins or tokens can rise again.

2018 is the year of the ICO. That is not wrong, because every day there are dozens of new projects appearing. So people choose good projects to invest very hard. Most of the projects are launched with the following sequence: introduction - selling ico - listing floor - development.
